I communicated with business manager(apartment) back in February 08,2023 about an ongoing problem dealing with kitchen pipes, sink that was painted over along that complaint was a problem with gnats flying all over my home being that the sink is corroded and pipes are always leaking ,therefore they came in covered the holes with a netting type of screen to cover holes. But the problem remains as I have stated to apartment mngr. Ms. ******** It is a very uncomfortable to say the least when I have guests as they are flying everywhere. I keep a well clean home. I have tried all kids of solutions given, but to no avail because I need this kitchen sink gone as to this is the problem. I have spent close to hundreds dollars on every kind of solution or spray chemicals and nothing help because the problem is again the kitchen sink pipes. I have told her that the gnat problems is still ongoing to this day. She had stated back in February that she had placed an order for a new kitchen sink. As of yesterday I found out that no such order existed. ! I was very upset and went into office and told her about this because I have been contacting her periodically about a response for a new kitchen sink request. She was telling me that she had not heard nothing back yet when yet she had done no such REQUEST. VERY UPSETTING BEING Lied TOO OVER AND OVER. I feel defrauding,lied to and upset. I asked her to show me a copy of her original request and her reply to me was " no I don't have to show you anything" She NEVER SUBMITTED A REQUEST!. PLEASE HELP IN THIS MATTER ( ,gnats,GNATS GNATS!. Thank you. Ms #apt. I had previously asked her about corporate number and again she refused. I managed to figure it out on my own since apparently Ms ******* refused to give out any contact information. You have to deal directly with her which I did, but for nothing. We submitted a work order for the guest bathroom to be fixed since it was leaking water through the bottom of the toilet. The maintenance man just came to drain the water and left the new toilet sitting in our kitchen, it has already been a week and a half. They updated our work order to complete when they haven't even resolved the issue. Last summer our AC was broken for about 2 months and they did the same thing. The maintenance man told us we would get a new unit since ours was out dated and not under warranty. When I called the office the girl told me that the issue had been resolved when there was still water leaking in our hallway. Also there is homeless people who come at night and dig through the dumpsters and just leave all the mess on the floor.
