So on 12/30/21 I put a down payment of **** on a 2013 ************ and a couple of days later the car started overheating. I told him just to give me back the money he told me he knew a guy that can fix it. His name is **** so I took the car to the shop and he fixed it and and gave him the other 500 I owed the car lot cause it was $2000 down then its still doing the same thing ever since ******** is the guy Im buying the car from I asked the girls that were working there if I can talk to ******** and they said that he hasnt been In ever since I got the car so now Im stuck with a lemon car and I had to put $405 out off my pocket cause I couldnt drive the car with ****** grinding aweek that I have had the car and I already had to get brakes and he wasnt in the office for me to tell him cause the female wasnt being very polite. She was being very rude, so I couldnt do anything about it. Now the car wont start and he dont want to do anything about it and it hasnt even been a month since I had it its been a week that the car wont start Im trying to be very patient and there not helping me at all with this problemBusiness response

This is response to the customer that wanted refund .
We did suggest a local mechanic to the customer when they called in and were having issues. they were told to not drive the vehicle if the problem was due to overheating . I was told by the mechanic that the customer was asked to leave the vehicle so that it could cool down and then be checked customer was asked if they could obtain a ride home and even offered a ride from an employee there customer refused saying didnt have time and left in the vehicle . there is a gps on vehicle and the vehicle continued to be driven around for days after not having the overheating problem addressed . Days later the customer called in stating the vehicle would no longer start (more than likely the motor blown due to driving vehicle when overheating . I offered to have tow truck pick up vehicle and take to a mechanic of there choice customer refused stating just wanted all there money back / yet by now had had vehicle weeks. Customer ended the call stating they wanted us to just come and pickup vehicle .
Customers are always welcome to test drive our vehicles as well have them looked over by a mechanic before the sale. We never put any pressure or try to rush anyone into making a purchase . Customers sign two forms at the time of sale stating the vehicle has np warranties and are sold as is . We are primary buy here pay here so we do our best to work these kinds of issues out . Unfortunately could not come to any kind of agreement on this one .Tell us why here...
