Took cell phone to get lcd screen repair. Picked up phone the next day and the phone over heated after 3 hours and smoke came out and phone shut down.i called *************** to tell them and *************** said that my battery was defective and needed to be repaired which would be more..but they were closed the weekend so i took the phone to another comapny to have the battery replaced as mentioned by ***************. The new company opened the phone and said nothing is wrong with the phones battery . He stated the phone over heated due to improperly installed parts by *************** company... I called *************** to tell them this but *************** said i should have taken the phone back to them since the phone was under repair waranty. However, the waranty was NOT for the battery.. and the battery was not defective at all.. ******* and his assistant stated that the battery was defective but nothing was ever wrong with the battery.. *************** wanted to charge me to install another battery.. my dad has been going there for 10 years and this my first time *** my dad saw what they did. He was part of this the whole time.. WE WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE NOR GO BACK. *************** HAD THE ***** TO POST ON ******** WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE ***** VIA ***** SERVICE REPAIR FORM, SOMETHING I WAS NEVER GIVEN NOR SAW.. MY DAD CALLED ******* TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE, BUT WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE THERE AT NOON TIME, CALLED AT NOON THEN WAS YOLD HE WOUKD NOT BE IN THAT DAY TILL THE FOLLOWING DAY.. SO WE WNET TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE WAS AT WORK AND STARTED TO TEXT... *************** IS A SCAM TO YOUNG WOMEN
