In July and August 2021, I paid this company three deposits for three jobs: paint the inside of my house, paint the outside of my house and deep clean the tile. There were numerous delays. "Crews" of one or two people then different crews would come for a few days and quit saying they were not being paid. Then the paint started peeling off the walls. They had painted half the house with the wrong type of paint - Latex on top of oil based and it did not stick. They did not cut in on the ceilings and while they were supposed to be using PPG paints they used the bottom of the line paints and mixed them so there is no match to be found. I stopped their work and requested a refund of my deposit for the outside job and the tile job ($4200 + $2500), neither of which had been started as promised. To date I have received some small refund payments totaling $2500 and two worthless hot checks totaling $2500. I have had to pay a new painter additional money due to ***** painting not painting properly and I had to pay additional money to have walls repainted because they did not cut in to complete the area and no matching paint could be found. I found paint cans from ************************ PPG, and *******************************. In addition, they got paint on my wallpaper, furniture, ************* floors etc. Very messy and unprofessional. Some painters I asked for quotes from did not want to touch the job due to the damage caused by using the wrong paint. He currently owes me $4212.00 to refund the deposits for jobs he never started (and the bounced checks). I would also like a refund of the deposit I paid for the interior job ($4059.25) that I have now had to pay again to a new painter to have the interior painted properly. People need to know that this is not a reputable company. Pictures and videos of the bad paint job can be provided.Business response

We did have Issues there I used ppg paint and ppg had problems getting product we might have got paint on clothes they had clothes every where on the floor of the closet the didnt move any clothes I have known **************** family for 55 years I gave her a below market price I because her father ask me to help her out I will pay pay **************** back quicker I have been slow in getting her money back but I do a lot of work and have a excellent work rating thats why I belong to the bbb sometimes things happen **************** is a attorney she had some issues her self doesnt mean she is a bad attorney I will get her the ******** back

I am rejecting this response because: ********************** has made numerous promises to pay and he has not followed through with those promises. In his response dated June 13th he said he would make an effort to pay sooner but to date he has not made a single payment. Clothes were draped on beds, chairs and dressers so that his painters could paint the inside of 9 closets. They used the wrong paint and still managed to get paint on clothes that were removed from the closets. I am now having to pay someone else to paint the closets along with the rest of the house. I would like a date certain that I will receive payment in full. Multiple texts and emails with promises to pay can be provided if needed.

I will pay ******** by July 20,2022 because I have picture of what house look like when we started we did use the wrong paint I accept all the problems its my fault
