      On 3/17/2023 I paid Paradise Sunscreens a down payment of $1709.00 to order and install a power roll down hurricane shutter for my front door. I was to it would take 8-10 weeks to get the parts in. After this period I started contacting Paradise Sunscreens to see when they were going to schedule my installation. I contacted them regularly and always got the answer, we will schedule you this week. This went on from June to November 2023 and then I requested a refund due to the run around. I do not believe Paradise Sunscreens ever got the parts or ordered them. I have been requesting a refund since December 2023. To date I have not recevied any refund and I call them 2-3 time a week. They state that they will have my refund to me the next day via Zelle. I am tired of the run around with Paradise Sunscreens and their lying. If I call them they do not answer the phone but before I hang up I have a text from them saying I am on the other phone and will call you when done and we will send the refund today. This never happens.

      On January 19, 2022 I signed a contract with Paradise Sunscreens to provide shutters for 14 windows and one for the front door. I gave them a check for $3,298.00. The contract states delivery within **** week. I asked about ***** and was reassured that the shutters would be installed way before the beginning of hurricane season. Around June I called and was told that every thing had been received but the mechanism. Now my calls are not answered and messages are not returned. After all this time I have lost confidence in this company and requested my deposit to be returned. The certified letter sent October 25 was returned unclaimed on November 15. The regular postage letter was not returned.

      Good afternoon yes I did receive a refund Check from the manufacture to *******.  But She did not want it from them she wanted it from me so I had to return the check to the manufacture and they are sending me a new check to where I can give it to the customer they were closed for two weeks during the holidays I was updated that this check has been sent out and should have it by the end of this week and then straight to the customer thanks again. I have also been in contact with customer on the updates.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However if the check is not received by January 16 (1 year from the signing of the contract) I will notify you
