Feb 6th 2023 I took 3 sport coats into ****** Cleaners location on ********. 1 had stains 1 has a B.O. scent in the pits. They give them back to me the first time. Still stains, still stinks. I take them in a 2nd time and explain that it's not clean. Lady at the counter makes all kinds of excuses and is rude about it. I explain either please give me my money back or get it right. They supposedly clean them again. Go back a 3rd time to pick them up and I check them on the spot there. Same situation still smells, like what did I pay for? She calls the owner and the owner says "I'll take care of it, I'll get the stench and stains out"... So I wait. I go back a 4th time to pick up products...you'd think they'd put a rush on it. Nope, they're at a different location. I have to call and talk to some rude lady named ***** who explains the owner hasn't been in to take care of it, also "we're not going to offer you your money back for your trouble we've cleaned them 2 times". Well *****, if you cleaned them 2 times why do they still stink and have stains? ***** then proceeds to hang up on me, while I'm talking. Giving me no idea as to when they'll be done. I wait a week and call back to see if they're "done". I ask the owner (*********************) on the phone how he can justify giving me back clothes that literally stink and making me drive to a location 5 times, his response was this: "If you shut up, I'll tell you". Then the owner proceeds to hang the phone up on **** go back a 5th time to pick up my stuff and still stains still B.O. scent. They can't seem to figure out how the service industry works. I have pictures of the stains, if I could picture the scent I would. I received zero service that I paid for as well as being treated poorly for no reason.
