            I Hired Delta Y to install a new 200 amp panel and replace all bad cloth wires. They only installed a 150 amp breaker and did not replace all bad / cloth wires. This was back in Nov 2021. I have been working to resolve this since then. The company refuses to correct its mistake. The invoice shows I was billed for the 200 amp. I would stay clear of this company.

            ************, After deep review on the proposal for your project under Job # *********, we didnt motion any think for replacing your main feeder or your existing riser that include the main feeder or conduit. On time #2 we said (Isolate Main Electrical service) the isolate by getting AEP support not replacing your main feeder that means your feeder is not part on our proposal.item # 3 we said (Replace existing panel with a new 200A Panel new J-box and Breakers), and we provide you 200A panel. But we put 150A breaker as main because your existing main feeder cant handle 200A and the reason for putting 150A to meet *** code requirements, protect your house and city of corpus ********* hazed.I told you before we made everything in your house up to *** code, and we pass the city inspection because everything is code compliant
