do not use uretek. while working for an owne, they damaged and HOA property and refused to make repairs. HOA is made up of predominantly senior citizens. *** told property manager and HOA president they were not responsible for repairs although admitting they cut sprinkler line.Customer response

URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC disputes all ********************* implies of wrong doing by URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC.
URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC had a project Contracted that **************************** knew full aware of and gave permission for URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC to complete the project Contracted. The Homeowner signed the same exact Contract for project that ***************** signed in January of 2022 (see #5 of the pages e mailed) stating that "owner hereby accepts all responsibility for and agrees that URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC was NOT responsible for any damage to or resulting from damage to: (1) plumbing (2) electrical (3) any type of other ridged material(s) and/ or(4) other damage resulting from URETEK ICR South Texas' work". ***************** also stated that she understood the project required digging in the common areas. ***************** further stated she had been handling these types of projects for 30 years and also acknowledged *******'s outstanding reviews. ***************** chose NOT to mark with flags or any other markings any underground utility or lines in the areas she knew would be dug in.

In good faith, not in obligation, URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC responded to a request by ***************** to come back out to the project site a day or so after the project was completed. Once at the site there was observed by *****************, the maintenance person at Patio Homes and URETEK's *********************** a broken water sprinkler head. Once again in good faith, not in obligation, URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC provided at their cost (URETEK'S) a replacement sprinkler head. Once the sprinkler head was replaced the system was turned on and ran and the repair and the system was agreed GOOD by all present. All of this can be verified in the scanned page with the #4 on it.
Ten months later (10 MONTHS) URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC receives an e mail from ********************* accusing URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC of ignoring phone calls made and letters written to URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC accusing URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC of damaging the sprinkler system at Patio Homes of South Fork and demanding URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC claim responsibility for so called damages and make restitution for so called damages. A quick check with our representative *********************** resulted in **************** saying there had been a broken sprinkler head discovered and fixed by URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC, in good faith not in obligation, a day or so after the project was completed. **************** also stated that ***************** and the maintenance person were both on site and in attendance when the sprinkler head was replaced and the system was tested and deemed GOOD by all present. Once the folder for the project completed was pulled from our files the notes URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC made of the project verified what **************** had remembered.
With regards to a letter ignored. URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC has never received and or received and failed to address a letter from ***************** or any representative from Patio Homes of South Texas. ***************** stated in her e mailed response to ************************* request for her to respond to my denial of a letter being sent / received: "I am UNSURE if you received my correspondence, I have attached copies". This can be verified in the scanned page with the #4 on it. STILL THE **** OF THIS WRITING NO SO CALLED COPIES HAVE BEEN ATTATCHED. She was UNSURE and still has not produced a copy of any prior correspondence she thinks she mailed. With regards to not responding to phone calls made to URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC no phone call was ever received from a *************************, from a number associated with Patio Homes of South Fork or anyone that identified themselves as being a representative from Patio Homes of South Fork.
********************* stated in his complaint to the BBB that URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC "told property manager and HOA president they were not responsible for repairs although admitting they cut the sprinkler line". That is a lie. URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC has never made the statement claimed.
In addition NO DOCUMENT has ever been forwarded to in an e mail, in the US Mail or any other type of communication from Patio Homes of South Fork concerning damage made to a sprinkler system and / or a cost to repair a damaged sprinkler system.
URETEK ICR South Texas, LLC does not believe ********************* is being forthright in what happened to the sprinkler system at Patio Homes of South Fork.
