I called to cancel my Home and Auto insurance policy in late September. Cancelation date was to be October 6th 2022. I received my refund for my Auto policy but not my Home policy. I called and spoke with ** and he stated that he forgot to cancel my Home policy but he would get it done . I called back a week later and spoke with ** again and he told me that he forgot again to cancel the policy but he would and he would back date it for October 6th . I called today November 14th and he said that they are having problems with the computer system and there is nothing he can do ...I asked him when did he think that he would be able to take care of this and he said the is no resolution date for him to do that. I called ***************************** the owner and spoke with him and he gave me a number to call to get my money back. I called the number and sat on hold for 37 minutes before I then got disconnected. I called back and sat on hold for over a half hour and no one answered the phone. I have tried everything I possibly can to get this resolved on my own. I just want the 6 months premium that I paid for and they owe me refunded.
