I did NOT receive a package. I filed a claim, they closed my claim stating the package was delivered but it wasn't. I tried calling customer service and I could not get to a live agent. The automated system continued to state they couldn't help me and hung up on me several times. I tried calling the local store and got the same issue. The image the driver sent is not my, nor any of my neighbor's porches and I am unable to discuss this with *** because I cannot get through to anyone.Business response

We are sorry to hear that you had not received your package, unfortunately since we are a franchise store we do not have any control over deliveries here in the ************** area. Although we can provide you with the local *** Warehouse phone number which is where all packages are distributed from, that phone number is ************.
