on 11/13/2021 i purchased a bedroom set online from chubbys mattress but it was going to be a while for the company to deliver the bedroom set i paid ****** and with shipping and tax it came out to ******. the guy didnt give me a time frame after i paid for the bedroom set so i figured i would ask if they had a set in store for the same price. the ******************* that i talked to said yes we actually do have one but he said the one that they had in store costs a little bit more but he said he would fix it so that they could switch it out so i wouldnt have to pay more. so a few days later they were to deliver a brand new set just like what i was buying online. so after they set it up the guy told me he noticed a scratch on the dresser and they could come back to **** it with some marker. a few days after they set it up i noticed it had some red writing on it like it was probably damaged. then i saw it had lines on the headboard and footboard and i believe it was marker to cover up the cracks in the furniture. now i see that it is cracks in the furniure. this is very upsetting and a big inconvenience because i was looking to buy furniture that would last me a while because i worked hard to be able to afford the furniture. ****** told me they would pick it up but i havent heard back from him and i have tried getting ahold of him and even talked to someone else at the furniture store and he had me send him pictures of it but i never heard back from him either, . i just want them to come get this set and i want my money back. this has been a very horrible experience. please help me
