      I placed an order on October 1, 2022 and the amount of ***** was paid via PayPal. On October 7, 2022 I received shipping notification from the company. According to **** tracking info, a label was created, but the package was never received by ****. I left messages with the company by phone and email on numerous occasions about this order. In the past, I have successfully placed orders with this company. They have taken a long time to deliver, but it has now been over 4 months and I have received no response to my numerous inquiries. At this point, this company has stolen my money.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received no replies to several queries about the status of my order.  I ONLY HALF the order 7 months after it was placed.  I ordered 2 of each item and received only 1 of each item.  This is an unacceptable way to conduct business and I am still owed a refund for the items I have not received.

      I successfully placed an order with Elegant Minerals several years ago. So I never thought I should check BBB reviews before placing my recent order. I placed an order on 12/7/22 and I received an email notification that my product would be shipped within 2-4 business days. I made several attempts to contact the company via phone and email but I was I unable to get in contact with anyone nor did I receive a call back. They took my money, in the amount of $22.85, yet I have not received my products.

      I Placed 2 orders on October 1st hoping to receive the order within 10 days. After My order status was not changed within 2 weeks I emailed company (via messaging setup through website) to get an update on the status of my order to get no response. 1 week later I emailed again. I gave company benefit of doubt thinking maybe their site was experiencing problems so I used email ******************************* manually. I waited a week to STILL get no response. I called both numbers listed on site ********** and ********** to get no response or call back. I messaged the company via ******** messaging still no response. I would like both of my orders shipped right away. The premise is that I spent a total of $142 and this company has diminished my right to choose a brand who will honor customer convenience and communication of possible delay of shipment upfront.

      I placed an order (#*****) with this business 7/11/22, and after attempting to contact the company I never received my order nor was I able to get in touch with anyone. They did take my money, in the amount of $27.90, without any goods rendered. They are either a fraudulent company or very poorly run.

      I placed an order on 1-14-22 with a total of $15.45. On January 22,2022 the order status was changed to awaiting shipment. It is now August and I have not received the product. The status has not changed. At this point I want my money back.

      Hello, I have been using Elegant Minerals for many years now and love the products. I have recently placed an order #***** for some samples on May 23rd that are still awaiting fulfillment today June 16th. The website indicates orders will be filled in 3-4 business days. The phone number provided in the order verification email is not in service (found another to leave voice mail). My account was charged $25.20 when order was placed. I have reached out via phone, email, and messaging with no response.

      I ordered two '18pc Natural Organic "Party Animal!" Face Paint Dye-free, PARABEN-free Costume Makeup Kits' from Elegant Minerals on 22 November 2021, it is now 6 March 2022 and I have not received these products, however my credit card statement shows that Elegant Minerals has taken the money. I have emailed many times asking what is happening and have never received a reply. In fact my emails now bounce back, so I assume that they have blocked me. I would like an explanation and my money refunded please. Thank you.
