      Approximately 3 wks ago I purchased 3 dozen baseballs from Mira's online. *** said they delivered the package but it was stolen or lost. Upon notifying Mira's of the problem they immediately wanted me to to handle this with ***. I feel the right business practice is to handle this with the courier that they hired to deliver my package....but they felt that was my job. Also, they would not send out the ***** again to make me good, as they should and then chase *** for reimbursement. ********************* is the representative I dealt with and he was uncooperative, blaming their business practices on being a small family owned business. Mira's is extremely unprofessional and would recommend staying away from them as I have not received my 3 dozen baseballs

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I'm aware of our communication with them. All they did was copy and paste our email. They don't want to practice good business and make me good on the baseballs I paid for. They hired *** and *** lost or left the package unattended after I left note not to leave on outside of fence, and was stolen. Mira's responsibility is to get the package to me, mine was to pay, I did my part, they didn't. They want me to handle this with ***, not my problem, it's theirs. I did call *** and was inconvenienced by them not allowing a rep on the line after Miras said to call them to further the process. I'm done, I want my baseballs or money

      Although the package has been classified as delivered, we are happy to help you further, as we have filed a *** claim on 11/23/2021 for the missing package. We had since notified you that *** has made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact you, and because they cannot contact you, they have since closed the investigation. As we have also mentioned, in order to continue the claim, *** is asking you to contact them at ************** to reopen the investigation.

      We will be happy to move forward with a suitable solution for you, once the claim has been investigated by *** and the process has been allowed to complete. Please contact *** as soon as possible to reopen the investigation, as it is necessary that we find a conclusion as to which party is responsible for the missing package.
