Had hurricane shutters installed by company. Contracted and paid deposit in Mar/Apr 2021 for a June install, and made many attempts to contact President ***** **********************) throughout the summer for an update, and received no follow-*** from owner or company representative for months. Eventually contacted by Mr. ********************** in Sep/Oct 2021 and shutters installed. Mr. ********************** contacted us multiple times from his cell phone between Oct 11th and 13th asking about payment. We paid for work within 2 days (Oct 13) from date of final invoice, and after back in town to inspect shutters; however, the required and quoted *** inspection report for insurance purposes (which was also paid for) had not been completed and manual override for main shutter not installed as originally quoted. Brought issues to attention of **** ********************** on Oct 13, and he indicated would have engineer over that week and also get someone out that week to complete the manual override. I have left multiple voice messages and sent multiple text messages over the past 5+ weeks to Mr. ********************** on his cell phone number (same number he contacted us from and is listed on their company answering machine) and attempted to contact him in the office (left another voice message). No contact or return calls have been made by Mr. ********************** to me. Need assistance in resolving to get the *** inspection that was paid for completed and hopefully get ********************** and Company to complete the work on the manual override which was quoted on the initial approved work order in March 2021. In all transparency, we have not paid for the manual override work.
