On May 11,2022 around 5pm an unknown female was going door to door handing out flyers from Garys Tree Trimming Landscaping for a free estimates. We said ok & she called *****. We agreed to the first estimate of $200 to remove & haul off the two small dead palm tree in our front yard. Then He gave us a total estimate of $ 800 & he would also trim the rest of the ************* the limbs along our back fence where we showed him where to put them. All parties agreed, then he calls **** & an unknown male over. They show up with a ladder & a chainsaw & cut the two palms & left them where they fell, then continued continued to trim the rest of the trees & left piles all through out our yard. By 7pm they said theyd be back in the morning to finish up. So my husband cash apped him in full with the promise to return in the morning. They only picked up the two palms. We assumed theyd be right back then Evening came around, no **** or *****. My husbands called the # on the ************* answered & said that they were coming to finish. 4 days later my husband asked for $200 to be reimbursed for the unfinished job & no one is responding to his messages
