    I have done business with Frontier waste for years. Upon signing up for service I was notified that they charged a 30 fee for dropping off their trash can that I would be using for their service. The service I was receiving was a month-to-month service, no contract. At time of setup, I put the account on auto pay with a debit card. I recently had to replace my debit due to fraud. Frontier has their billing system setup to the day you receive your statement is the day they debit your account. Which mean you don't get a week, two or three to update your information in cases such as mine, same day you receive your statement you card is already ran and if you have to update your card you are already slammed with a late charge. I find this ridiculous and unprofessional. When you call, they want to apologize but tell you sorry the billing cycle has already gone through. When you cancel your service immediately, they in turn slam you with a cancelation fee. Which keep in mind there is no contract. How do you charge a cancelation fee for a service does not contract. As a customer you have a right to cancel at any time. At time of setting up service they do not tell you that there will be a termination fee. I was not told verbally or in writing. The cancellation fee is in retaliation of terminating services. I want all consumers to be aware of their business practices. Their trash can have been sitting in my yard for over a week, 10 days today. As they had decided to take on $55 cancellation fees. I'm leaving one star. I'd leave no stars if i could. This company is a scam to take advantage of their customers.
