      on 12/13/2023 I placed an order (#***) in the amount of $170.00 for 2 items ******* on clouds and tasman ugg slippers). on 12/29/2023 the order status was updated to shipped and a tracking number was provided, however, there is no record of the tracking number in the system and I have not received any items. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times. I want a refund.

      On October 30, I placed an order for some cow print on cloud shoes for my daughter for Christmas, over Thanksgiving she tried them on and they didnt fit. We were inside the house she had one shoe on for approximately 10 seconds. they were clean and not used. I asked how to exchange for a bigger size, on November 30 they responded with how to exchange them. I sent them over night mail at my own expense in hopes of getting the exchange by Christmas. I have tried to contact through email, phone, their website, commenting on their ******** page and sending a ******** message, not all at once but about once a week over the last 3 months. I have not received any contact nor the exchanged pair of shoes since November 30 when they told me how to send them back. I have tried repeatedly to be kind and patient. It is obvious that they are just ignoring all contact and blocking any comment I post asking for an update. I would like either the shoes I ordered in a size 11 or a full refund.

      On 12/5/23, I ordered an XXL Carhartt hooded sweatshirt in a black and white cow print design for $38. On 12/22/23, I received an XXL North Face full zip fleece jacket in a brown and white cow print design. This was to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter that she picked out. I have emailed this company three times since then and have received no reply at all. All I want is the correct hoodie or, if thats not possible, my money back. I am happy to return the jacket at their expense.

      I made a purchase on 11/30/2023. It updated 12/08/23 stating it is being shipped. Still on 12/21/23 it shows shipping label created **** awaiting item. I have called them at ************, email them ************************************* ******** messaged them, and even contacted them on their website 2 times and still have not gotten a phone call, email, or message back about the status of the shipping issue with my order.

      I spent ****** at this online store. They have sent me most of my items. They still have not sent a pair of shoes worth ****** called Turquoise Air *** and a sweatsuit worth *****. When i kept ask8ng for my rema8ning items. They would say they were on backorder. But they kept sell8ng the items. When i started to inquire about my items or a refund they blocked me and still no items. They owe me ******. I would really like my items but can't reach no one at this place. Thank you for hopefully looking at my complaint.
