Action ***************************** I went to place an order on June 6th, 2022 I went to pick up the order on the 10th, but the order was not complete. I went to pick up the completed order on June 17th. Thursday 23rd put the letter on the Marque. Thursday the 30th went to change Marque. All the letters that I have just purchased were melted.I took them back on July 5th. ******** stated that she would contact the vendor to see what happened. Also stated that the letter was not supposed to melt as it did. I left the letters with her. She stated that she would give me a call on Thursday or Friday. I never heard back from her. I called the store on Friday around 4:00. A man answered the phone and stated that she would be in very shortly and that he would have her contact me. I left my name and number with him. I never received a call back from her. I then call again on Monday morning around 10:00. This time a lady answered the poem and started that the vendor had been contacted and that they would be sending another type of material. They should be receiving it during this same week [July 11th - 15th]. And that it was possible to have the letters remade and I could pick them up next week [July 19th]. At this time ******** has not made an attempt to call me to explain what was going on. I'm now feeling that I'm getting the runaround. Called on Monday 7/11/22 to inquire about the letter and was told that they were trying to get another product that would hold up better in the sun. I was told that they would give me a call back on the following Tuesday 7/19, I waited till Wednesday to stop by the store. A man meet me at the counter and told me that ******** was tied up with another project. He also assured me that they have ordered the new material and that he was positive that I would have them by Friday, July 22nd. Still not sure why ******** has not taken the time to contact me. She's having the others that work in the store talk with me... Poor customer care business.
