      This is my email that was just sent to the store manager regarding our fence parts issue.*****,I spoke with you yesterday regarding my missing items. ***** had told us that the fence was going to be installed in September, at the latest. Then ****** delivered our items in November, unannounced, only for us to discover later that the posts were missing. So we delayed our project again to wait for new posts, which were also delivered completely unannounced. So then when the fence was unpacked and mostly installed, he found that we are one post short and missing all of the caps. You previously told me that ***** had left the store and wasn't handling the project anymore.I called yesterday to report the additional missing items, and not one person, including you, agreed to go back to look in your warehouse for the items. The fact that you won't even attempt to look in your warehouse for the missing items tells me that they have been used on another job...you either know that my items aren't back there for this very reason, or you simply don't care enough about your customers to take the few minutes to check. IF the missing product was the fault of your supplier in Michigan you would have either caught it upon receiving the items in your warehouse or, upon my calling your store to report this, would have called your supplier to have the items quick shipped. None of this was done or even attempted. Then you tell me that I have to call the regional office because you don't handle these matters. So I call them and speak to ***** who I have been speaking to since then. He said that he has "not gotten anywhere by talking to you." He said that you, nor anyone in your store, has made an attempt to find the missing parts. Meanwhile, he also tells me that ***************** IS still working in your store and that you referred to him on the phone. You explained to him that ***** wasn't in today, and nor was the other person helping him. Nor did you give him any indication of when either of those people would be back. He really couldn't offer me anything other than a refund on the product. While that is an option, that is going to be more work for everyone since you will have to uninstall the partially installed fence, and all of the boxes are torn up. So I'm reaching out one last time to get support at this level. We are missing a post, 17 caps and cap glue for a Pro Series 6x6 Horizontal White ***** Privacy Fence. According to the website, your store has these. Can you please check your computer for our order, check your warehouse for our missing parts, and then see if you have these caps in the store as the website suggests? Can you also call the distributor to have them quick ship a part since this is a mistake on your end?I'm not sure why ***** has to be the one who has to walk back to the warehouse to look for the missing parts, or call the distributor, or call around to other locations? He hasn't responded to any of my previous attempts to reach him. The installer (provider) did not provide the material and cannot help with this issue in any way. In addition, **** at the regional office said that he needs your support to help with the issue and he has not gotten that from you. They are reaching out to someone in another office to escalate the issue.
