      I just saw that they are not BBB accredited but continue to display that they are. I talked to the lady at the front desk at the end of the appointment, but I felt myself getting too angry at the time to discuss. Below is the list of issues that I saw 1. I made an appointment for a CHILD. The expectation I had was to see a Pediatric Dentist as pediatric services are listed for my 5 year old NOT a general dentist. 2. No where on the site does it mention the pediatric dentist is only on site 2 times a month OR that the general dentist must refer a child to the pediatric dentist. This is what I was told by the lady at the front desk when I asked for an itemized bill and inquired about the cost of seeing the general doctor. 3. I paid $59 for a dentist (who didn't have any x-rays) to tell me that he had cavities and that he was referring us to a pediatric dentist that I thought I was seeing in the first place. THIS IS A SCAM. So I have to pay to see a dentist twice?!?! Completely unacceptable especially when we thought we were seeing a PEDIATRIC dentist in the first place. 4. In my opinion, the hygienist did not do a thorough job and was not patient to be working with a child. She quickly brushed and flossed his teeth. My child was having a hard time and my child and I were discussing it/ took a walk before she was ready for us/ and did some breathing exercises. She mentioned a couple of times kids had feelings and seemed more concerned about how I was parenting my child. 5. Price advertised online is $99. We were charged $124.00 and didn't even receive all of the services listed on the welcome package. My child was not happy to be at the dentist. He did cry, but he was compliant. He was not very happy about getting x-rays, so instead of giving him a minute, it was just decided to not do them at all. Office manager refused a full refund stating that their prices had changed and the online offer was no longer valid she only gave a $25 refund.

      Horrible work and horrible customer service. Can't get a solution to save the world. Staff gives you the run around about every thing. I spent my hard earn money on getting invis-align to correct my teeth which wasn't bad to begin with and was initially told that it would take less than 8 months. Well that 8 months turned into 2 years from the horrible scheduling and call service. Orthodontics are only at the office 3 days out the month because they travel throughout the state which sucks for the patient especially if he or she works shift work. I say all of this only to say beware of this company. If your looking for a office that takes your calls when needed then your going to the wrong place. They use a 3 third party answering machine that barely speaks English and have a accent that you cant even understand. The sad part is they keep you on the phone and take all this information only for you to not get a phone call in return. I figured I would try the dentist office that's attached to the office to knock out two birds with one stone, however I found that place to be even worst. Horrible communication and horrible work. I was literally in the office for hours to get fitted for a crown. Was convinced in getting a crown at the office because that's what the dental office suggested. I paid for my crown only to not get it put on because of the horrible communication between the dentist and orthodontic. Orthodontic team said one thing and the dental team say something different which optimally cause me to pay for something and didn't get the work done because of the terrible communication. At the end of the day I went to another dentist office which took care of my issues in a timely fashion without having any issues. Now that I have paid for my crown I'm seeking my refund. I'm getting the run around from the staff and will obtain legal representation shortly. If I could give this company a negative star I would.
