ONE OF TWO: On 6/21/2022 I reached out to them to have one of our printers serviced due to poor print quality. A technician came out and assumingly fixed the issue. 7/7/2022 I reached out again to have a technician service the same printer due to poor print quality. I got an email response 7/8/2022 saying that they were waiting on a part to fix it from the first initial service visit, which wasn’t communicated to us initially. They told us that they would be on site Monday, 7/11/22 with the part to fix the issue. The technician came that Monday and could not fix the issue and said that he would be back Tuesday on 7/12/2022. But he never showed. 7/14/2022 I emailed again asking when the technician will be back out for the repair since he never came back on 7/12/2022. I got NO response. I emailed again on 7/28/2022 asking again when a technician would be back out. I also asked how we would be compensated for the rental of the machine since we have not been able to use it at all since 6/21/2022 and should not be paying for a broken machine that their company is failing to repair. Again, I got no response and emailed asking the same questions on 7/29/2022. Nick, the sales rep responded and said that he would make sure someone would come out to fix the issue, but the billing questions were not answered. So, I responded asking how we would be compensated again. And I got no response. Eventually, a phone call was made, and we spoke with the owner who credited us $200, which does not cover the rental of the machine. Eventually, they did come out and give us a loaner desk printer that is of no comparison to the broken machine they have left us with and has been no use to us at all. 10/25/2022 we still have a broken printer. I emailed again, and got nowhere. 11/1/2022 no one from their office, or the owner got back to us. They had the technician show up. He still could not and did not fix the issue and said he would be back in a couple of days with a new drum......
2 OF 2: While he was here I emailed again assuming the part we have been waiting for was found since the technician had shown up here And that we still would like to know how we will be compensated for the previous months we have paid for a broken printer It was 4 months of us housing a broken printer, with no compensation or solution from DocResources. The professionalism communication lack of urgency and all-around lack of customer service regarding this issue has shown an outstanding level of incompetence. 11/4/2022 one of my bosses emailed multiple employees and the owner, Eric of the company Again no one called and or responded to the e-mail. 11/8/2022 I called and spoke to Savannah and we expressed our frustration and told her that someone absolutely needs to contact us regarding this ongoing issue. But yet again, no one reached out.11/9/2022 the technician shows up again to try and repair the printer. We still have not been contacted regarding their poor business practices or rightful refund for the months we have been out of a printer we are continuously paying for. However he finally got the printer to work this time. But, it had been 4 months of us housing this broken printer, with no compensation or solution from DocResources The professionalism communication lack of urgency and all-around lack of customer service regarding this issue has shown an outstandingly low level of competence and business ethics. 1/16/2023 The same printer began having the same issue. They sent out the technician the same day, and he was still not able to fix it. He came out another day with parts and was still unable to fix it It is now 2/7/2023 and we still do not have a working printer and have received no communication or solutions from DocResources. The only consistency we have received from this company is poor service We may not be able to re-coop any of our lost money from them. But, we can at least keep other small businesses from being bamboozled like we have been.
