            May 11, 2021. I went in to have my teeth removed and get a set of dentures. The dentures came out way too large for my mouth. I was then told (after the surgery was done) that I would need to have full bone reconstructive surgery due to me growing too many bones in my mouth. I was also informed that traditional dentures would not work for me. So I had no option but to have to get implants (which were more expensive). This was supposed to allow me to get a temporary set of dentures while I healed. I have been given the run around and have never received a set that fits my mouth. The staff has been rude and the owner himself has called me impatient and a perfectionist. I have been to countless appointments and even gone to the lab itself and still have nothing. My husband and I are both paying on loans that we're taken out for this. The office does not call me back or respond to my emails. This process has been over a year long and I still have no teeth.
