May 11, 2021. I went in to have my teeth removed and get a set of dentures. The dentures came out way too large for my mouth. I was then told (after the surgery was done) that I would need to have full bone reconstructive surgery due to me growing too many bones in my mouth. I was also informed that traditional dentures would not work for me. So I had no option but to have to get implants (which were more expensive). This was supposed to allow me to get a temporary set of dentures while I healed. I have been given the run around and have never received a set that fits my mouth. The staff has been rude and the owner himself has called me impatient and a perfectionist. I have been to countless appointments and even gone to the lab itself and still have nothing. My husband and I are both paying on loans that we're taken out for this. The office does not call me back or respond to my emails. This process has been over a year long and I still have no teeth.Business response

We have tired with different national labs to get your case right. Presently we have even paid a local lab for you to go there, and they will custom fit an appliance. We have incurred repeated charges and paid premium for all this because we want to do it right for you. We understand your frustration and we are trying everything to do to get your case right. We will get it right. But please bear with us.
