We have been trying since Aug 2023 to get remebustment on fee that we over payed .I have been told the check will be mailed by Thanksgiving 2023 never got it called them about it said the manger will get to us .I talk to the manger and she told me the check will be to us by the end of November2023 still no check .Keep calling and texting still no answer. I got a call on July4.2024 from a ******* at ***** am . She said a check will be mailed on July ****** for ****** still no check, I have called left message and text still no answer .I even told them I will come and get the check still no answer .What can i do now? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE **** MEDICAL CENTER AT ALL.Initial Complaint

Used them for my primary care physician for all of 2022. I was needing bi-weekly checkups to deal with a painful issue. Mid December I showed up for an appointment that I had received automated reminders for the day before and several time previously. At the appointment they said my appointment was canceled, because my insurance was changing next year, and I could not have another appointment until next year in January. So even though I had been receiving automated reminders, they canceled my appointment. And even though they could have continued to take my insurance for all of December, they just randomly stopped, without telling me, and canceled my appointments. They care more about money than their patients and the health of their patients. Find somewhere else to go for your medical care.Business response

Hello, I believe there was a misunderstanding in regards to the patient's appointment. His insurance at the time was ***************** and as of 12/31/22, ***************** was leaving *****. Our office was making calls to our Bright patients to inquire as to what insurance they would be switching to as of 1/1/23 as to update our records. The appointments for December that were already in place were not cancelled unless requested by the patient. I apologize for the misunderstanding but the patient was able to be seen on his **************** plan until 12/31/22.
