Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality The list of issues I have had with this shop is alot first of which is partly my fault I will say that. Called in to have wheels powder coated spoke to the shop over the phone for this job to get a price. At some point this changed to them painting my wheels instead of powder coating which I never checked with the shop until after the work was done to make sure the were powder coating instead of paint my fault. Second after they received the wheel took them 5 days to give me a quote which would no be a problem if they had informed me of that from the get go, but that was not the case I would call they take my number each time 9 times in total and say they would call be back never did. I had to go to the shop on my off day just for them to say the person who does quotes is out so I had to wait another day. When I got the quote after one week I gave the go ahead informing them I would be out of town for a month so there was no rush just needed it done before I get back. The got the wheel done in a weeks awesome. Rented a uhaul picked up the wheels only to realize they were done incorrectly specks of blue paint on the wheels clear coat dripping took it back to they admitted the fault and said they would fix it so awesome no problems there. Again informed them o would be gone for a month so no rush just needed the job done right and on time. Had a friend check the wheels for me to make sure they were done correctly this time and they were perfect. Called to make sure the tpms sensor were received and tired would be mount was told all that would be done next day. Showed up two weeks later to be informed the tires were not mounted until that morning and while it was being done a wheel was nicked and had to be repainted again which no one informed me of. So they had my wheel for a month and have being unable to finish them. Sad to say because this is the third car I have had with them and no issues, but this is just unpr
