I requested service through my Home Warranty agency, They sent out Vintage Plumbing. I was told that none of the damage to my outside above ground water line to my front and back water hose faucet was covered due to it being caused by the freeze. The inspector took a couple of pictures, called whoever her called to get a price to quote me which came back at $2500 stating that all of the pvc would be replaced with quality insulated pipes and would be done to last for years. The same day, 3 men in an unmarked truck came out and worked 2 hrs and ripped out the old pvc and faucets, (Threw all of it on the side of my house along with the old broken materials) replaced with PVC and the insulation consists of foam insulation (Looks like pool noodle material, wrapped with duct tape. Faucets were secured only by one screw to the side of the house, no bracket, so the first time I pulled my water hose it came out of the wall. Within a week, the pvc piping is sagging and not allowing water to flow properly, I have owned many homes and have dealt with a lot of repairs and this is by far th. worst service, quality, and price gouging I've ever experienced,

We called our warranty company because we had a disposal go out and they sent Vintage Plumbing. Levi came out and changed out the disposal in no time and had us back up and running. Great work and excellent customer service!Review from Jonathan C

I recently hired Vintage Plumbing for a plumbing issue, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The plumber was knowledgeable, quickly identified the problem, and efficiently fixed it. Highly recommend them!Review from crystal j

first visit by them John technician stated we must have a lot of money be the car we drive was in the house for not even five minutes said he was leaving did not take pictures. I asked if he was leaving he said yes then proceeded to ask where the leak was coming from as he was leaving out the door I called my warranty they stated it was going to cost $1200 dollars to fix or up to code. I told them John is not allowed back. Then we had another claim warranty company sent the same vintage plumbing company out again he put in the faucet was broken due to ware and tear which was bull.... I strong feel the vintage and plumbing are in it together either not to pay or over charge for serviceReview from Melissa F

They came out to our house for a plumbing back up because they were the ones the insurance company sent. The man did not have anything to look for the stopage and tried to tell us the pipe was broken. He also wanted $7,500.00 to replace what he said was a broken pipe. Tried to say that they would finance it. I refused and called a reputablecompany and there was no broken pipe and it cost me $550.00 and there was not a broken pipe. The insurance did end up reimbursing us. I do not recommend using Vintage Plumbing.Review from Easter S

This company is horrible and service is very poor, they give false report/diagnoses to cause denials. My warranty company referred them and they came out and did an incorrect diagnosis we requested the tech to come back and do another diagnosis the tech did a no call no show twice. He didn’t show on Friday or Monday. Which caused me and my family to be without hot water and heat for a week. I have small infants and the temperatures are between 45-53 degrees outside. I’m constantly lighting my gas fire place and oven to keep the house warm. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The tech was very rude inconsiderate and unprofessional.Review from Nathan S

Had them out to install a water heater and John and his helper Cody did a great job and they were very knowledgeable about the installation of the heater. I will definitely be calling them out for any plumbing issues in the future. Great company and great employees that helped me and my family get our hot water back.Review from Kay J

The technicians Earl and Dawonte were friendly, informative and hardworking and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend them for any of our future projects at my house.
