            I paid R*** C****** B****** (dba BRC Costruction) 17,457.00 first draw for a project to build a backyard patio. Over the course of six months, a tree was cut and removed and a concrete slab was poured ( incorrectly). No other work was done, only and endless line of excuses and unkept promises. Our contract was nullified due to time (90 say completion) yet he won't return my money.

            Ryan ******* (aka. Ryan *******) preyed on my dream of a better home. He does just enough work to get the next payment. He even falsified an invoice to get a draw payment. I've paid him $124,000 of $152,000 contract and maybe he's 60% done. Many of his subs have called looking for payment, threatening to put liens on my house. He has left my house open to the weather and abandoned the project, leaving piles of garbage. We signed the contract in Dec 2021, he broke ground in March 2022, Last had anyone on site in Dec 2022, and in April 2023 I started legal action. He's a criminal hiding behind a civil contract.
