We were hit by a tornado in January of 2023 and chose Pulse roofing to repair our roof and interior damage to our home. The insurance agreement gave very specific direction on what was supposed to be repaired and itemized prices for the work. The owner convinced us that he could take the check from the insurance company even though the mortgage company had not endorsed the check. Pulse Roofing and Kevin ******* deposited the entire insurance payment and didn’t even complete 1/3 of the work. They did roof work in one day and did a poor job. They did absolutely no work on the interior of the house…none. Still, they kept all the money. Whenever we tried to contact them we were either ignored or given excuses. We kept asking them to fix the roof and complete the interior work but they eventually stopped responding. We had to hire other people to complete the interior so we could move back in after over 9 months out of our home.

This customers review is not accurate and they refused to respond to the trades and not meet the flooring installers upon arrival. Additionally this customers scope was fully completed for the amounts we received and the homeowner still has over $40k in their possession. I've attached one of many screenshots where the customer repeatedly ignored messages and failed to respond. Even had the flooring company play a cat and mouse game having them show up 2 more times to the house and not answer the door. Second time the floor was done and they never even communicated. I wish this homeowner the best, and we're glad we assisted them getting their insurance company to cover nearly 5x what it did originally after they were denied all their repairs. Their claim was stalled by the carrier for 5 of those 9 months, all while the customer had 23k in their possession from the initial estimate and wasn't ready to.start work.til the carrier was done appraising the loss. That we got set in place for them. If this customer was seeking to wrongfully pocket money on their insurance claim, unfortunately we can't be apart of that.
