I also wish I could give negative stars, they will not allow me to go to MD Anderson for a large mass attached to my kidney with a Dr referral. They are all friendly and promise to help me find the best care possible. However, there are no well known cancer centers in the network. They have multiple law suits against them and the president has been arrested. Now they are changing their name to imagine360.Review from Brie E

We had a baby in 2021, with health issues requiring 2 surgeries. Out of pocket max for the family was $6000. We met that by March, but EVERY bill issued to us was argued and the insurance would either refuse to cover, or pay a small amount. Now we are getting bills for over $60,000 AFTER insurance, because GPA won't pay the hospital. The hospital is fighting to get paid, and coming after us. This company is borderline criminal. I can't believe how bad this company is. They have ELAP which is their accompanying lawyers. The lawyer coordinator has told us several times to pay certain bills DESPITE us reaching the out of pocket max, and it falling fully on the insurance company to pay. When I point out his mistake he apologizes and says he will work on it, but months later it's still not resolved. We will likely be dealing with this billing nightmare for the next year, despite not having this insurance anymore. An absolute nightmare and they should be sued for their practices.Review from Gerry K

They get one star only because there's not a minus five choice available they take way too long to authorize treatments and never bother to include the patient I'm still waiting for out-of-pocket refund from last year and this year lung scans requested as part of my annual physical I went to get laser eye surgery treatment was dilated and sitting for two and a half hours waiting for authorization once again now I have to reschedule another appointment and pay another copay but don't bother to schedule because it could take another 30 days for authorization which I will never find out about they are the worst
