Slow. Drag out the process. Does not communicate well. Not looking out for the best interest of the victim. ****. Poor customer service. I wish I could upload the emails between me and total loss adjuster supervisor, *******************. Its enough to make you want to *** them for more.

This insurance company is the most rudest ever in history. Will not answer phone calls, lying to you about policy holders coverage. I wouldnt let my dog do business with them. They need to be close down. They do coverage to Mexicans who dont speak english and they give them a policy and then they dont make payments on the policy. They are driving around on no insurance. They will not reimbursed you for nothing. Do not do business with the company at all. They will destroy you.Seaharbor Insurance Agency LLC Response

DO NOT do business with this company if at all possible . I was in an accident 4 weeks ago and was rear ended by their client. It took me a week and half to even get a hold of them and their claims adjuster claimed that she was on vacation. Then they told me to take the car to ANY body shop of my choosing, so I did. When Sea Harbor finally deemed my car a total loss, they said the shop's charges are too high and cannot get the car out of the shop to take it to salvage, after pressuring me to sign over the car immediately while I was at work. Now my car has been sitting in the shop for 13 days accruing more money for storage fees, while they are saying that the shop's charges are too high and that this will be taken out of my final settlement. They are also insinuating that I chose a shop whose charges are too high when they told me to take my car to ANY shop of my choosing, in the first place. I don't understand why they can take money out of my settlement when I was not the person at fault for the accident and they have already assumed responsibility. This insurance company is beyond disappointing. Despite their client admitting fault for hitting my car, SeaHarbor has utterly failed to adhere to any of the legally required Insurance Claim Timelines in *****. It should have been a straightforward process, yet they've missed every deadline. Their claim tracking system is practically non-existent; I've had to resend photos to their claims email address 3 times. There's no online portal for monitoring claim progress.Their customer support is abysmal, keeping me on hold for hours on end. And even after finally being assigned an adjustor, the communication is nonexistent. Despite my 9 calls, the estimate still hasn't reached the body shop after four months. My car remains unfixed, and frustration mounts as I sit here, still waiting to speak to an agent. It's clear I'll need to take legal action against this company for their blatant disregard for their obligations.Seaharbor Insurance Agency LLC Response

Do NOT GET INSURANCE BECAUSE WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR IS AN UNINSURED CONTRACT! They took my payment and a driver ran clean into my lane while driving in a cure by ****** ext the new over pass and drive kept going now if I would have hit her I would have t-boned her I messed my swing bar up ! There were witness stayed at the scene waited for police to arrive! They denied the claim talking about state law in *****!! Im still paying my premium because I must keep coverage! However please research these companies before giving your hard earned money they are ripping pple off to build first because they are a small company that will not prosper from what they are doingSeaharbor Insurance Agency LLC Response

This is the worst insurance company ever. My claim adjuster was so unprofessional because I decline her offer. She even took back her current offer and went lower since I decline the offer. And she told me that she will continue to go lower if I keep declining the offers. I have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism. What kind of insurance company are you guys running? En realidad No les doy ninguna estrella.Esta aseguranza no sirve para ***** mi vehiculo estubo involucrado en un accidente el cual mi hija tubo la culpa, cuando metieron el reclamo me dijieron que no **** a pagar porque yo dije mentiras y no puse a mi hija en la poliza intencionalmente, yo les dije que mi hija no tenia licencia solo el permiso, y lo que isieron fue que me cancelaron la poliza desde el dia que la agarre y me regresaron un cheque con la cantidad que ya habia pagado, les dije que yo me podia hacer cargo de los gastos porque sabia que no **** a cubrir porque mi hija no estaba en la poliza pero simplemente se safaron y cancelaron mi poliza afectando mi record porque no tube seguro en 3 meses y ahora pago mas por culpa de ellos, si hay un accidente simplemente se lavan las manos y te cancelan la poliza sin importarles que distes los pagos a tiempo mes con mes, son una basura de aseguranzaSeaharbor Insurance Agency LLC Response

My accident was almost 3 months ago now. The adjusters dont answer their phones and they dont respond via email either. They have accepted fault on behalf of their driver and they seem to want to evade paying me for my totaled car. I have been without a car for way too long anymore. It seems I will have to get my attorney to deal with them. Unbelievable! All this after I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign and have injuries and total loss of my beautiful car. 0 stars for sure. They should not be in business.Seaharbor Insurance Agency LLC Response
