      Company replaced cutoff valves 15 months ago. The weld failed right at the joint for the pipe/valve. They told me their warranty is only for a year and wanted to charge me close to $150 for a service fee. I was told about the service fee after I scheduled the appointment and told them I would at the least expect no service fee given this was their work. The day of the appointment I received a text asking me if I was aware of the service charge. After complaining they wanted to charge me $99. This used to be a decent company with fair pricing. Not so much anymore. I'm no longer a customer.

      I have used Dallas Plumbing for at least 30 years. It was a good company until it was bought by Air Pros. Now they over charge, using a flat rate table that makes no sense. To replace a few feet of copper pipe and fittings they charged $2405. If the pipe leak was not an emergency, I would have gotten quotes, but it was flooding the house. The plumber had basic skills, but his English was so poor I could not understand what he was saying. They claimed to have replaced parts that they did not replace. I will not use them again.

      I started with Blue Star, then Dallas Plumbing/Air Pros bought them.Blue Star was great!This company - not so much.I just purchased my Goodman AC new from them in May 2021. Still making payments of almost $200. a month. My AC quit working, so they came out on June 30, 2023. They were just out in May 2023 for maintenance and found no problems. They told me three different parts but then settled on Compressor (In warranty) for $1486.40. Because they were not sure about which part was out initially, I called another company for a second opinion. The other company was just as bad about getting back to me and charged me before doing any work and has yet to refund me fully.I ended up calling the ******* company direct. They were great. Said that "because it is still under warranty that if a part can not be found in 7 - 10 days, then they will replace the entire unit."Then I called Dallas Plumbing back and was told that "******" could help me out quickly. He has given me more of a run-around. Here it is July 28th and I still have NO AC!!!!I have a bone marrow/blood disorder and on SSD. 62 years old. Two older dogs. We are truly dying.I can't afford to buy a unit until this one is fixed, but they do not care. When I call, and I am hot and angry, they just tell me more lies.The bottom line is that they have not fixed it or even given me a date when they will fix it. ****** keeps telling me, "in a couple of days." Then I have to call him, leave a message, but he won't call me back. He told one person that he talked to me the day before. I have records of all the calls in and out, and we did not speak yesterday. I shouldn't have to keep calling for answers, as it has been a month already.They are horrible and end up arguing instead of just correcting the problem.Not listening or understanding that people in the heat of over 100 daily for a month with headaches are going to be a little angry when no one will tell them when the unit will be fixed.

      Hi Tawny. I am so sorry that you were not happy with the service provided, as we pride ourselves on making sure we leave every customer with an amazing experience. I see in our system that we scheduled you to be serviced on 07/25/23. On the morning of 07/04/23 our CSR received a call from you where stated you were not prepared for the tech to complete the service. On the evening of 07/24/23 another CSR called to confirm the appt for the following day and were told you tried to cancel the appt 3 times already and did not want anyone to come out. We would love the opportunity to clear up and miscommunication and confusion that *** have occurred and get you on the schedule ASAP.
