**** arrived on time and intifuced himself to me. I explained the issue and he did an inspection, saw what repair was needed, explained cost to me and with my approval went to work and got things fixed.He also answered some questions for me and being finished he left.Courteous and professional.

Frymire repaired a pvc pipe joint connection on my home water supply line. There was no digging involved as I had already dug the hole necessary to expose the leak. Another plumbing company quoted me an $800.00 to repair the leak but was not able to respond for two days due to other client commitments. I was without water in our home and had been for three days. I called Frymire who responded the next day. After several hrs of not being able to make the repair, the responding Frymire plumber called his boss who told him to charge me $2579 for the repair which I finally had to agree to to get water. In making the repair the plumber removed an in-line check valve/backflow preventer which was not replaced. I would like to have a refund of my money in an amount that makes the repair cost reasonable. This the second time this company has overcharge. On an early project they overcharged but reimbursed me in an amount that made the charge more reasonable. Interesting not BBB Accredited.

RUN....RUN...RUN AWAY as fast as you can from this company!!!!Frymire installed a new **** 2 years ago, and it has been nothing but horrific drama ever since. 29 days after install, water came pouring into my bathroom walls as a result of not cleaning the condensation line when they put it in. I also found out that I didn't actually need the $12K new system they told me I did, but only needed a $600 part...too late now!Fast forward to this year, when the draw of the **** blew a fuse, then the unit stopped working SIX TIMES in 7 months! They finally came and put a desperately needed second return in so the system would stop shutting down. Mind you, it took FIVE visits before anyone figured out what the problem was! They kept telling me it was fixed...over and over!!!!!It died AGAIN, and they so-called A-Team came out and ran everything from nose to tail...or so I was told. SIX WEEKS LATER, it DIED AGAIN!!!They said they needed to install a new thermostat before they could call ******* and call the system a lemon! Today the new thermostat was installed and now the motor WON'T TURN OFF even though I turned the system off!!!They keep telling me they aren't able to replace the unit. I have been MORE THAN PATIENT suffering through unbearable heat, sweat and freezing cold because of their incompetence!! They will be hearing from my lawyer and they will also have to pay ALL the legal fees to boot!
