June 9, 2021. I paid for this service by a credit card check. PAC informed me the check was not good so I gave him another CC. I have been charged on both Credit Cards. PAC acknowledged the double charge and said they reimbursed the check. They will not tell me to whom they reimbursed.. Neither I or the CC Company have received a check. On September 21, 2021 he said he would notify his bank to show me proof of the reimbursement. This has not been done. I receive no responses to my emails or phone calls. I do not have the ability to upload the documents but would be able to fax or mail them.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/10/27) */ Yes it was under review, we seen where the transaction was charged twice , very sorry it was not our intention to do such a thing like that.. it has been refund back to square, from square it takes up 30 days so your money can so up in your account.. we thought since the check bounced back at first , we decided to run card and it went thru , then check came in 3 weeks later where we refunded back one payment .. very sorry again we just had to make shur everything was in order .. thank you Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/10/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It has been 3 months since they sent this to Square. Also, I would like to know which card is account is being refunded. The merchant will not answer my questions or take my phone calls. The refund was made. It took 90 days for this to happen. In that period of time I had a CC dispute with both CC companies as Performance H & A would not take my phone call to answer what credit card he filed with Square. I had to contact the Denton Police to even get an answer regarding how he was doing the refund. I would not recommend this company as they have poor costumer relations.
