I can FINALLY BREATHE!!! Thank you Fresh Air! Haven't had my ducts cleaned in ******************************************************************************************** why I've been sneezing and stuffy for 3 years! So easy to book and work with. The office staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the technician was very professional and thorough. I have set up a semi-annual check-up to continue having them keep my air clean! Definitely recommend!Fresh Air Duct Cleaning Response

I recently had service with Fresh Air for my air ducts and I loved it! Their tech was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the inspection and made everything super easy to understand. Pricing was fair considering the scope of work I needed, and he was friendly and supportive the whole time! Honestly I loved this company, when I called in ****** helped explain the process quite well and gave transparent prices and set me up with an inspection when the technician came out they were very kind and answered all my questions I had never got this type of cleaning done so I had no clue but this company made it an easy choice. Very unprofessional service. I had my dryer vent cleaned by this company about 7 months ago as regular maintenance work. I had zero issues prior to that. They charged me $700 for the work - which I paid. Then my dryer stopped heating and I had the manufacturer come in to repair the dryer. Subsequently, I called Fresh Air for a follow up. Two technicians showed up spent all about 10 minutes and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vent and that it was clean. They leave and the next day the office calls back saying they have an estimate for cleaning out the vent and cleaning a clog in the vent - which by the way the visiting technician said nothing about. The estimate was for $1050. That caught me by complete surprise - the technician says everything looks fine and ***** and then the office calls me saying there is a clog. When asked their response is that homeowners have to clean the vents every 4-5 months. Each at a cost of $700 - $1000 is insane. That is higher than the price of purchasing a new dryer. Conveniently, the management is not in the office. Customers with complaints cannot voice mail and the owner does not live in the country. Completely wasted money and time on these guys.Review from Zeke G

Dont use this company, techs were told to bring extension ladder and showed up with a 12 foot ladder so they cleaned the dryer vent thru the attic, but all they did was push the lint up. Had to have another company come fix there laziness and when I called customer service they said they couldnt come back unless I paid more money. This company is trash. We paid them and the tech never clean our carpet we have him on camera unloading his machine but he never brought it inside our home he used a spray bottle wet the carpet with his hand spray bottle thats it he said that's the special they were running absolutely a scam companyReview from Mark E

After I had another company show up to my house and tried to scam me, I found Fresh Air Home Services. They effortlessly set up a next day appointment.
The technician arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable, professional and informative and explained everything to me. He even showed me videos of the inside of my ducts before and after. I wasn't overcharged like the previous company tried to do and did not feel scammed.
