THIS SITE IS A SCAM Bought plane tickets from ******* to ****** on 3/30/23 for $316. Received a confirmation email. Made other arrangements based on my confirmed plane tickets. Fare compare called on 4/1/23 and told me the tickets I bought were not available at the price I paid and asked me to pay $895 instead. When I declined they canceled my tickets. The snarky supervisor asked me if I had ever flown on an airplane before and informed me a "************** " would understand how their site does business. UNBELIEVABLE! As of 10:45pm PDT on 4/1/23 the same tickets I tried to buy are still available on their site for the same price I tried to pay... hmmmmmInitial Complaint

We purchased advertisement services from Farecompare before the pandemic. Once the pandemic started, Connie ****** the Director of Partnerships, sent out an email that employees were being furloughed, and to contact ***********@farecompare.com. This email DOES NOT EXIST. My company has emailed several times to anyone we can find. Also, their phone numbers no longer exist. They are fully active on social media, however. We have around $2,000 with them that they owe us.
