    My husband and I attended a concert at approx. 8:30 pm on 8/16/22 and had a horrific experience almost immediately upon arriving. Our health and safety were compromised because security failed to follow safety laws and remove a crowd of hundreds of people from the walkway next to our seats. We were stuck without a way to exit our seats. It was difficult to breathe and I tried to get the attention of security by waving my arms but they ignored me and eventually disappeared. I made several calls to 911 beginning at 9:12pm but they never sent anyone to assist us. The security on site must have received those communications but still failed to act. After finally being able to fight my way through the crowd I asked the usher to get security to help, but he refused. I asked for a manager, but he refused. I went to another usher in a different section, and he refused also. I have attended many events and concerts over the years, including one other at this location, and this by far was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. Instead of enjoying watching the performance I paid $420 for, I was focused on the danger of the crowd and trying to get air to breathe. The next morning, after getting no help from ************* I called the venue over and over until a female answered. I explained everything and asked for a full or partial refund. She took my information and apologized for the horrible experience and said she would get approval from the GM Mike T**** and call me back. I never heard back. I called again a week later and left a VM, but have not heard back. I want a full or partial refund. If this is not resolved by Dos Equis Pavilion appropriately, I plan to make to follow up on any possible safety violations.
