SAFETY CONCERN- DO NOT RENT AT EVERRA! I did not want to do this - however, I feel my concerns and the concerns of others are falling on deaf ears. *** lived at Everra for almost two years and never had any issues until recently. The apartments lack of communication is serious cause for concern. It was never an issue until crime started to increase. The community used to become aware of security and safety concerns on our community feed app via residents letting other residents know. (Auto theft, break ins, gun shots, etc.). That community feed is now not working for tenants and we find out only by walking out in the mornings to assess the damage that *** have happened the night before. They have a select few security cameras around gates that frequently do not work and stay open over night and throughout the day. They dont do anything to help protect their residents and will avoid helping until you are so frustrated you give up. I am contractually bound to stay until April- and Ive come to terms with that. However, I will continue to do everything in my power while Im here to make this a safer place for myself and everyone. We NEED better communication from management. The way this business is run is incredibly sub par at best.
