    Very not satisfied with the way this place operates, been here all but 5 months, where do i start, before moving in I should have seen the signs of poor customer service, maintenance never wants to repair anything or come back, paying for pest control that does ABSOLUTELY nothing .i now have ptsd of coach roaches and my light bill is high not only due to heat index, but a defective blower motor maintenance refuses to make the claim.my car was broken into 3 months in, reported it too police and office all i received was an we will look into lol....i tried to send off mail and the mail drop isn't in working condition, mail room looks like a tornado hit, did the mail man say anything to address this matter? front office is nice up until you sign the crazy lease, as far as see Lockhart apartments is in breach of their own contract, where is the justice for tenants? Gate doesn't close ever, *** very disappointed, the opening to get you here is absolutely false. whoever reads this I'm by no means angry or bitter, right is right wrong is wrong. for what i pay better efforts ought to be taken towards faithful paying tenants,

    Received a call from the manager on 6/15/2023 @ 12:50 PM call lasted 18 minutes I was told me and my daughter lied on our reviews. But the day my new car was towed from my paid parking space because you or the staff didnt do your job and your system that you have wasnt letting you put stuff in so she said out of her month. But it was my fault my new car was towed from my paid parking spot. my brand new car that had been parked in my paid parking space for almost two months shy of 5 days. And the reason I had a new car is because my 2021 car was stolen from that same paid parking spot on April 5, 2023. If the manager had not ignored me the day I came to the office when my car was towed. We might not be here at this point. Its called professionalism in businesses the customer is always right if you have ever had customer service training. Treat a person the way you want to be treated trust me you will never have a problem. It took the review for you to even reach out by phone two days later.

    These apartments have changed management over 3/4 times in the last 2 years. No one in the office has ever worked longer than 1 year. I was a tenant for 6 years and have ALWAYS had problems with water issues. My apartment flooded EVERY TIME it rained. Every time I complain they say they will fix or they are trying to get a company out but NOTHING. When it recently flooded they had a company come out in ***** of 2022 to do work. They removed all my baseboards and NEVER came back to fix it. The 40 year old maintenance man started messing with my 18 year old daughter and after she broke up with him he started being a dang stalker. I reported him and so did she. Fast forward 6 months later and my 18 year no longer lived with me but with someone else on the property and they send me a message telling me they werent renewing my lease because of illegal activity from my daughter who no longer lives with me and they know it. Im like what?? *** lived here for 6 years with no issues or complaints from anyone. Rent paid on time even during the pandemic. The manager ************************* made my moving out h*** They served me the letter that they werent renewing my lease, March **************************************************************** 60 days. I didnt pay ***** rent trying to get myself moved out. They tried eviction but then they dismissed it and I thought Im cool but the next place I moved to had H*** getting any info from them And then when they finally sent ***** was SUPER rude. This situation is so crazy and the fact that the eviction was dismissed and Ive NEVER been late or not paid my rent in 6 years even in the HORRIBLE conditions these apartments are in. Im in the process of getting a lawyer.

    Went into the office, and manager was very dismissive to two different tenets. I came in as a realtor with questions because I had called for a week straight with no answer. Plus, another realtor had called as well for verification purposes. The manager ****** was very difficult, and was very unprofessional. I am also a property locator and I would never refer this place to anyone. They dont answer their phones. How could they even service their customers. Very unprofessional, worst customer service Ive dealt with in real estate.

    PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!! THEY OVER CHARGE AND SO DONT FIX ANYTHING .... THE GATE NEVER CLOSES EVEN THOUGH CRIME IS HIGH AND THE POOL PUMP BEEN BROKE FOREVER SO THE POOL ALWAYS CLOSED . ALSO THE GYM IS ALWAYS LOCKED WHAT AMMENTIES AM I PAYING FOR . THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS

    PLEASE HEAR ME !!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENT RUN RUN RUN LIKE ****!!!!
    I'VE BEEN IN THESE APARTMENT FOR 1 YEAR MY PLACE FLOODS BECAUSE IT IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR ON A DOWN INCLINE, WE FIGHT ROACHES AND MY FLOORS ARE LEAKING WATER IN THE BATHROOM WITH THE WATER BEING OFF AND HOT WATER HEATER IS LEAKING. THERE IS SHOOTING 2 PEOPLE DIED SINCE WE BEEN HERE. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A NEW UPGRADE APARTMENT IT IS NOT. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. THEY HAVE NEW PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK EVERY 3 MONTHS . RUN AWAY RUN RUN PEOPLE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! STAY AWAY DON'T MOVE IN THESE APARTMENT. I REALLY DON'T WANT TO LEAVE A STAR BUT THEY WILL NOT LET ME CLICK OUT. SO HERE IS A REGRETABLE STAR.
