In April or May I purchased a washer/dryer from the company. I was immediately approved for financing for the set by *****. The set that I purchased was located the on the showroom floor. Upon delivery, the technician found multiple problems with the set. Another set was delivered (working with Ana), the technician that set it up found problems with the washer. Frustrated I asked if I could get my money back if they did not have a working pair. Through Text messages, another pair, ******* was delivered, Once again, there was problems with the pump on the washing machine and the dryer does not heat up on manual settings.....They fixed the problem with the washing machine (I am not sure if the people that came out was actually repair technicians) and he stated that the "heat sensor" on the dryer would only dry the clothes to a certain temperature. I was assured that if I continued to have problems they would return to fix it. Several messages and telephone calls and it is still not fixed. In addition, the "financing" was for the original pair and I have not received my receipt or bill of sale showing that I paid the ******* set off.Initial Complaint

Date of purchase:8-9-2022 delivered on 8-10-2022. Once plugged up the next morning found that the ice maker on refrigerator didn't work. Called store and Finance company to let them know that everything didn't work on refrigerator. Store then called a technician to come and look at the refrigerator which found that mother board was fried and that he was gone call them and tell them that it had to be replaced. Been calling since that to get resolution but haven't gotten anything manager want call back and finance company trying to charge me for something I'm not using and have been trying to return can't get a result also in the contract they stated refrigerator conditions (New) which is false it is a used refrigeratorInitial Complaint

I have purchased a French door refrigerator with this business and they did great. However, I didn't not get the measurements from them and they blamed me for the wrong measurements. I called them all day the next day to tell them the refrigerator was wrong and if I can get another one. Sergio had his delivered guys picked it up 2 days later after I explained the next day what happened. They ignored all my calls. The guy told my husband he will charge us 400 and no deliver fee. And that he will send me pictures of the fridge and that he will deliver it Monday. Never got the pictures. Noted the other fridge was already there. So, I called Monday lady did not pick up till 11 45am. She said the open at 9am to 8pm. Then she has a full blown conversation with someone laughing while talking to me and ignoring me telling me to hold on while I hear them all laughing than she said okay we can deliver for 450 and that the fridge that I had was damaged and that I need to pay them a 100 to just paint the fridge. Note there was scratches already at the bottom and middle. Plus the plastic was on there. You can ask my neighbors and family members. They said they will load it up now and than she text me said I have to wait till tomorrow why you just loaded it up to what fix it and give me a non working one. I said forget it and they do bad business. She texted me and said they don't need a customer like me and that I damaged their fridge without paying when I didn't and basically threating me. I had to screen shot it because I posted it on offerup because they would not pick it up at first.
