We have started a Loan process with the enterprise Metroplex Lending (This enterprise is registered in Dallas) in June 2021 to get a one million USD trough the officer lender Howard ***** ******* and the director of the enterprise Samir ** *****. We are an enterprise from Mexico ************ ******* ** ** **** but we have also our account in USA in ******* Texas Bank. They give us an approved letter with a downpayment of $17,480.00 USD and other payment of $13910.00 describe in the contract we signed. We have had ups and downs in the process due to extra fees that have been requested but they are not in the contract. Until now, we have paid in total $70,464.00 USD to Metroplex, and we don't have our Loan. I went to Dallas the first and second week of October and asked for a meeting with them, but they didn't want and they totally refuse to receive me in their offices. I went to look the Metroplex Office but nobody was there When I was there, they asked for the $2,380.00 to deliver the Loan, but just by e-mail and whatsapp. We have paid already in that moment $68,084 USD and we had to paid tha last $2380.00 USD. They told this it would be the last fee. So, they sent us a promissory letter, that if we pay the last $2,380 they will send the Loan or refund all fees. We have paid already the $2380 usd in October 14th. In October 21th Mr Stan asked for $1000.00 USD more, of course we couldn't to pay more money, so, like we have no received it already the Loan plus all refund's fees, we want to make value the promissory letter. We are trying to get our refund, but they dont answer our emails The other point, is that they want that all payments, have to be by bitcoin via. So we did all the payments via bitcoin, just the first one and the last we did by wire bank because we demand to make payments via bank
