This company is garbage. I am on year 2 of a 5 year contract and my equipment does NOT work. They have come out and replaced it time after time and each tech blames the tech before for improper installation and not knowing voltage. I even had to hire an electrician to fix something that a tech stated was wrong, after paying out that money, system still doesn't work. I've never been offered credit for the months when my equipment didn't work, and now they are wanting to charge me $1,000 for a termination fee! I had someone try to break into my home on October, thankfully, I have a large dog that scared them off. I can't even give the police a description of the person because go figure, my cameras don't work. The general manager *******, is way less than helpful. She just keeps referring me to Guardian, which states they can't wave the **** only AAA can. I'm going back and forth between 2 companies that can't get their stories straight, all the while I'm a single mother trying to protect myself and my two children. This company should be outlawed for faulty business practices.

AAA Home Security was the installation team 2 years ago for this customer. All continued issues do have to go through her contracted company Guardian. She was offered a complimentary service call to address her needs and 1 free month of service for the inconvenience.

We had nothing but trouble with this company from the beginning to the end. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Please be careful before choosing this company. We experienced problem after problem for two years. My wife and I tried to contact management for days and now no one would answer our calls nor return any messages left on the voicemail. Before any concerns were expressed of cancellation (with a representative that answered the phone) I was able to call and someone would answer the phone each time I called. Now I get the voicemail. There's no doubt that my calls are being ignored after expressing the many displeasures and informing this company that we want the service canceled. No one has returned any messages left daily leaving us to believe this is a scam. Problems ranging from cameras freezing and not recording anything, motion sensor not working, problems with the app not functioning properly leaving us with no option to view recordings from the cameras to many more issues. Majority of the two years of service with AAA home security were spent calling about issues affecting our service until exhaustion about this terrible service left us paying for a service that was utterly useless to us. We finally called and decided to cancel this service only to reach a representative that didn't care about our matter, spoke nonchalantly and pushed me off the phone. Now it's difficult to get someone from that company to respond back to us.

We spoke with this customer on Monday the 18th and where working on a resolution to their issue. Had a lovely phone call with the customers wife on the 21st where an agreement was made to cut the early termination fee in more than half and the customer ended the call please with the results.

An agreement was reached and ******* was willing to work through issues to satisfy both parties. She has a great customer service attitude and will listen to your concerns. It's unfortunate that she can't work every position in this company. I can assure things would be better on every level because she really has the right attitude.
