Ladies and Gentlemen, I would just like to briefly describe my experience with GAA Brokers LLC - Global Auto Auction. I was interested in purchasing several vehicles that I presume were in the possession of GAA. I selected the vehicle and contacted the company's representatives to purchase it. We must be aware that vehicles with the so-called Salvage Title cannot be registered anywhere in *****************, and their actual value is a maximum of 25% of the vehicle's market value. But let's move on to the very interesting discoveries I made step by step: it turned out that the selected vehicle had a so-called "replaced ***" by the state authorities. I decided to check this information and it turned out that the state authorities had never issued such a "replaced ***", and what's more interesting, the *** did not have any information about this vehicle, whether it was damaged, rebuilt, whether the *** number was changed, etc. - a truly strange situation. In the next steps, being patient and persistent, I contacted GAA again, asking very specific questions supported by the information obtained, unfortunately the employees ended the conversation very quickly, with a very impertinent statement that they had never provided a photo of the *** number, and started asking where I got such a photo, I politely informed them that they must have posted the photo by mistake (which disappeared from their website within the next few minutes)... What more can I add? People, before you buy any vehicle from any "auction" company, check all the documents carefully.... Greetings to everyone.

Global Auto Auctions have been in the industry for close to two decades. We act as a broker and help insurance companies find buyers for their vehicles which are sold in AS IS condition. WE DO NOT OWN OR POSSESS THESE CARS, in fact these vehicles are located nationwide which are stored on a member-dealer only facility, they are not open to the public. Since we are licensed and bonded, we made it open to the public and we are helping insurance companies find buyers for their vehicles. Sellers may have replaced the *** after a big repair. My experience with Global Auto Auctions was average. The registration process was straightforward, and the staff was generally helpful, although I encountered some delays in getting information about specific vehicles. The auction itself was organized, but I found the bidding process a bit confusing at times. Overall, Global Auto Auctions provided a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in transparency and communication.

On may 12th I purchased a 2023 Camaro ZL1 threw global auto auction. I sent the money as direct from senior manager *****. Apparently there were a few issues along the way with the title and it delayed the process. Im fine with that im reasonable.mind you the car auction the vehicle was at is a 2 minute drive from my house. I am later informed they sent the vehicle to ******* from **********. Fast forward 2 weeks later the car is ready and they are now having transportation issues. At this point i am tired of waiting and advised them i would seek legal help as this transaction feels a bit like a scam. But being level headed and trying to push threw I denied legal help but NOW FAST FORWARD JUNE 18 today ***** is no longer answering the phone it seems to ring endlessly i have called there 800 numbers and do not get a answer the chat used to respond but now wont cause they know its me. I AM NOT SURE weather or not global auto auction is a scam or not but I have not gotten what i paid for and do not have my money either. I will return for update as soon as i can but i do not recommend trusting this company

You are required to deposit $600 or 10% of the purchase price of the vehicle you are bidding on. I made my deposit of $600.00 I did not purchase anything. I requested my $600.00 back over a month ago and have not received my money. Despite the fact that the website says that if you request your deposit it will be refunded to you immediately. Ive called numerous times to no avail. This business is a scam and should be investigated by the authorities.

It sounds like there was quite a backlog of requests to process. Waiting for a deposit to be voided can be frustrating, especially when there's a high volume of transactions to manage. Upon review, your $600 deposit has already been voided. My 2020 Bentley Continental GTC had minor damage in the rear. The vehicle did start up and drive with a battery boost. I was able to locate most of the used parts on **** and car dash part com most of the salvage yards list the parts they have on there. It took me about 5 months of searching on Global I was unable to buy over 50 vehicles that I placed bids on that was the most frustrating part of my experience. I had actually asked for a refund of my deposit and it was done immediately. That gave me assurance, I then decided to give it a shot, *** and **** assisted me they were great. I paid for the vehicle as per my contract, make sure you read and understand what you are signing because these vehicles are sold AS IS. Your not going to get a refund because you are not happy with these vehicles. They get shipped directly from the insurance auction lots to your address. Also make sure you are capable of unloading the vehicles, I had to call a tow truck to pull the car off the truck that it came on because it would not go into neutral. Over all I am extremely happy with my experience because once I am all said and done I will be able to make a profit on my vehicle when I am ready to resell it.

Global Auto Auction is a scam! This company is ruining innocent peoples life by stealing from them! *** been introduced to GAA by a friend in 2020 who encouraged me to buy a 2019 ****** Highlander using his account with GAA. They posted the car as a normal car that runs and drives with minor dents and scratches. All pictures of the car on their website looked nice and clean. After I wire transferred them the money ($19500), they sent us some pictures of a wrecked car as the actual pictures of the car I purchased. I then requested a refund of my money because the car they posted on their website was different than what they are trying to send me. They charged 30% of my money for early termination while they are the ones who misled us with fake posts. My friend suggested to buy another car ( 2018 ****** ***) and request the balance of the money to be refunded. The *** on their website was posted as run and drive with minor dents and scratches but the one they shipped to us was missing parts and could not even start.

I purchased several vehicles from GAA. I just received my 3rd vehicle from them. From beginning to end it was an all around seamless experience. Great customer service as well, & I will continue to do business with GAA in the future. IF THERE WERE MORE STARS I WOULD GIVE A 10 STAR!!!

This site is a joke. You bid on a car and even if you win and think you got a good deal. Well think again, your bid has to be accepted first from the insurnace company who owns it. Your bid most likely will be realsitacally to low for them to except it . Waste of time
