My car has been at Autonation Auto Collision in Dallas, Texas and although it was promised to be finished by 6 Jan 2022 it has yet to happen, reason being they ordered the wrong parts. The manager won't answer/return my calls for, texts or emails, therefore I don't know when will the job be completed. I contacted Michael M*****, their CEO via LinkedIn but he didn't replied to my message. I also contacted Chris D******, the General Manager who hang-up the phone on me instead of talking to me. I contacted customer relations several times and was always told they will refer my case to corporate who finally contacted me on 12 Jan 2022 who asked for correspondence I have with them in regards to my problem which I provided minutes later. Was promised someone from the management team will contact me within 24-48hrs but that didn't happen. Contacted them again yesterday, 14 Jan asking for an update and was told they have no update, they are too busy and someone from the management team will contact me with an update on my case. This is totally unacceptable.Business response
