On February 8, 2023, I purchased on line a Vaquero Front Full Guard Bumper with winch plate. Sales price included material, freight and sales tax for a total $2,077.53 which included a consumer road armor rebate form in the amount of $125.00.I submitted my rebate request in the amount of $125.00 on March 26, 2023. I have followed up by phone on numerous occasions and have been told the unpaid rebates will be paid. I believed they were going to pay my rebate so I did not file a complaint.I am requesting the local BBB office to please get involved to help me get my rebate paid. I bought the custom bumper in good faith and filled out the appropriate paper in a timely fashion. I have called and e-mail unsuccessfully. Road Armor bumpers advertised rebates for products purchased from their distributors in 2023. I submitted a rebate form and the *** as requested to Road Armor, mailed on 5/1/2023. I did not received the $100 rebate. I have called Road Armor multiple times. First on 8/2/2023. I was told they were very behind and to check back. At that point they had processed rebates submitted thru March 1st. I spoke with them again on Jan 9, 2024 and again they said they were behind and to check back. Spoke with them again, today, June 4th and was told the company had changed ownership and new owners were not honoring the rebates. Very Poor business practices.Initial Complaint

Ordered fenders on October 25, 2023 after speaking on the phone with the representative ****. She told me at that time there was an 8 week time frame to get fenders delivered but they were tending to be running ahead of schedule and should have no problem getting them by the latest the end of December if not right before Christmas so I ordered. Sent several emails just asking for an estimated ETA and only got takes 8 weeks and we will send tracking info when they ship. Today December 21, they responded and said they are now in powder coat but wont resume until after the holidays which puts us into January and is going to be much later than the 8 weeks or sooner I was promised. I tried to cancel as I have read their cancellation policy but now they told me it would be a 50% restocking fee since it was a promotion!!! This is absurd. I find it hard to believe that them as the manufacturer can not estimate their process and ETA better than this. I will of course be stuck now waiting on this product that has now left a bad taste due to the fact that they will literally ROB me of over $800 if I cancel. I have never heard of business practices like this EVER! Beware *************** Even though I ask for a refund as a settlement from this , I would never accept that ridiculous 50% restocking fee garbage!Initial Complaint

ORDER SOXXXXXXX I ordered this thru Quadratec so I don't understand why Road Armor is even involved. Whe I ordered there was no notice of delays in shipping. Several days after ordering I got a notice that it would be 2 months for delivery at best. I canceled thru Quadratec and started getting emails from Road Armor. They want to charge a $250 restocking fee for something that wont be delivered for 2 months? How is that a thing? I disputed and they responded that there is a $25 restocking fee which I agreed to. then came back with $250 restocking fee so blatant bait and switch. Please just refund my money and lets move on.Business response

Road armor offered a $110 rebate for purchasing a "Builder Series" bumper kit and making a video of the assembly process. I complied by all of the terms and conditions however Road Armor has not sent me the rebate.Business response
