    I went to Concord Auto to get a vehicle and was sold a lemon for ******** down and ****** every 2 weeks on 5/11/2024 I drove the car home and to church on 5/12/2024 Monday morning it started acting up. I called to report the issues with the vehicle but got the run around as I'm still getting the run around as of today 5/23/2024. I called ******* my car salesman whom was very unprofessional over the phone. I want my money back so we can take my business elsewhere.

    Where to begin about this auto finance company thru auto city. In the beginning they were amazing but why wouldn't they I had my car paid up in advance from may 2020 to November of 2021. But when November came around I had contacted them to see if I could get an extension for 2 weeks cause I had hit hard times badly. And I was instantly told no and basically not their problem and I need to learn how to budget better. So with that being said I honestly didn't pay anything for a few months right so come around to February of 2022 I finally made some money to pay them something well I paid them 1000 which should if got me caught up to just not quite month behind so I paid them by this time they told me they couldn't accept online or over the phone payments the system wouldn't allow it but the system would allow it in person so I dropped a money order off and they didn't apply my full 1000 to my car payment they did only 750 and 250 to idk what so that ended up leaving me over a month behind well the manger said she work with me since I was trying she never gave options of what they could do or not except she closed my contract and account and wanted me to continue to pay for the vehicle when the contract was no longer valid. I asked why it was closed told it wasn't and so fourth but credit report says it is so they were trying to get me to continue to pay for a vehicle while they pocketed the money and I stayed behind they finally found the car and got it I'm not mad about that but the the problem is when they start stealing money from you and u think it's going to your car when it's not and they close your account thinking your stupid and will continue to pay for the car when they are planning on repoing it anyways the shadiness of this business and how they treat their customers is horrible and disgusting their bottom line is the money I get but they could careless about customers do your research before using them the biggest mistake I've done I paid off half my car

Mr. ****, Auto City is a family-owned and operated company, doing business in Dallas for over 65 years. We could never have made it this long if we didn't care deeply about our customers.     This actually does reflect the circumstances of the last 5-6 months and everything I did say was actually accurate and I have screen shots to back my statements and screwing a customer over here and there wouldn't put h out of business obviously. And to the statement y'all deeply care about your customers I'm defiantly going to again say bs on that I was a customer and was lied to multiple times and so fourth regarding my account I had with y'all got emails to back that up to and the part y'all always do everything y'all can to help your customers no that's another straight out lie emails to back that up as well y'all actually didn't do anything to help me out when I had contacted y'all for over a month with no response at all from anyone and when someone finally responded I was told my account was to far behind 880 isn't far behind at all I only got behind in November after being paid up over a year and half in advance by February when I did pay 1000 on the car cause I was doing whatever I could to get it and constantly stayed in contact with y'all only 750 went to my car and no clue to where the other 250 went to which should of been a full 1000 to it but that's ok if y'all keep it further behind y'all can keep it on repo rather it's been paid on or not I get it I'm not stupid but the fact y'all closed my account on march the first 2022 and when asked about it I was told y'all didn't but y'all did and still sled for more money why would anyone send money to an closed account closed means can't pay on it or it's no longer an account and the only option I was given this whole time to help me out cause y'all care so much about your customers was when can u make a payment that's not an option to help anyone out that should b obvious y'all are shady af and y'all know it I actually tried to figure something out and gave ideas to y'all which were all shut down cause y'all wanted the car back not the money but lesson learned should never trust a finance company who give u a dead man's plates for your car in the beginning cause they are to dumb to make sure they are correct they obviously can't do basic math the furthest I was ever behind was 1760 I paid a 1000 of that down and was still told I owed 1768 idk how that's possible but it's not and of course I'm not going to pay on a closed account cause my money wasn't going to go to my car I am currently filing a lawsuit against y'all y'all can't repo a pod for car got proof of that as well choke on a Twinkie

    Mr. ***** again, as this is a public forum, any response I would provide to prove that we did indeed do all we possibly could to work with you, on multiple occasions, would sacrifice your right to privacy. You openly admit your account was extremely past due. Your comments also referenced numerous conversations you had with us to resolve the delinquency. Clearly we were willing to work with you, despite your being almost 4 months behind on payments. That sounds pretty considerate to me. Unfortunately, this is where our version of the truth starts to go in different directions. We have all the same emails you have, but we also have recorded conversations and a detailed ledger that paint a very different picture than what you have misrepresented here. Despite your desire to have us choke on baked goods, we wish you all the health and happiness in the world.

    No I said I kept in contact with y'all and did what I had to do but y'all never once gave me a single option on what I could do deny deny all you want but I have the proof y'all never did all i was ever told was we can't do much for u and I never admitted to my account being extremely behind I was a couple months not extremely so stop twisting words that weren't said to try and redeem y'all's shady **** y'all do again y'all didn't try to work with me at all y'all didn't I don't lie for no reason and I don't have a reason to and I don't lie just to do it y'all did absolutely nothing to work with me and y'all know it and when y'all did get it yeah I didn't pay on it for that month and half cause my account had been closed and u can't paid on a closed account and I sure the **** wasn't giving y'all a dime of my money to pocket for twinkies anyways y'all don't have anything private of mine that would breach anything as I've told y'all before so say it stop beating around the **** bush like y'all did when I was trying to get options that weren't being given
