I urgently request the rectification of these inaccuracies.Lastly, please be reminded of 15 USC 1666(b), preventing creditors from treating payments on a credit card account as late under specific circumstances. For your reference, my account details are as follows:Account Number: ********************I request a thorough review of my account, prompt correction of credit report inaccuracies, and strict adherence to federal laws governing my information.Failure to address these concerns may lead to legal action. My unit was paid off within the second year of purchase. FTF submitted a Paid In Full letter along with a confirmation by email. However I began getting hits on my credit report about a delinquent account from them. I call in, they tell the account is closed and paid in full. I ran a load to *****, and my truck gets repod!! I go to the tow yard and show them the paperwork. We go thru a bunch of hoops and hurdles to get in touch with FTF. I even physically went by the listed ****** office just to discover they relocated! The tow yard gets them on the phone and they even tell them the truck is paid off and they have to release it to me and they did. Now almost 3 years later, I have a negative charge off on my credit report for $60k. I bought the truck for $53k! They keep sending me text alerts about making payments. And I cannot find any FUNCTIONING phone number for them! Now after reading all these other reviews its clear theres some kind of scamming afoot. All I can do now is keep pushing the issue with the credit bureau until its handled.

In October 2022, I called in to pay off my auto loan. During the life of the loan, I always called in my payments because I am on the road and calling in was just the most convenient way to pay. I had never been told my payments were late, nor that any additional fees were due. My final payment was $1865.00, however, when I called in, I was told my balance was $8500.00. In disagreement I asked what the additional amount was for, and the representative was unable to tell me what it was for. After NUMEROUS phone calls and speaking with different people at the company accounting/finance department, NO ONE was able to tell me what the fees were for. On December 31, 2022, after numerous phone calls without resolve to my problem, I wrote them an email requesting a copy of my Purchase Agreement, highlighting specifically what the extra charges were for. I requested a complete disclosure of my account, including any late payments, etc. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENTS NOR REPLY TO MY REQUEST. I insisted on calling again in trying to get this resolved, unfortunately no one was able to help me. I decided to pull my credit report to see if they were reporting late payments; no late payments were reported. In April 2023, finally I was told that the extra amount was for "late payments". Each time I called in, I paid on time and was never told the payments were late. I have never received any notices of any late payments either by email or by US Mail. I have been told that I cannot get my TITLE RELEASED until the $8500 is paid. Although I disagree, I have begun to pay monthly just so I can get my TITLE. I have paid $2000 TO DATE. ALSO, my loan has been CHARGED OFF with numerous late payments reporting on my credit. I have tried relentlessly to get this resolved, however, NO ONE at the finance company knows what is going on with my account and all they can say is that I need to pay the INCORRECT BALANCE DUE, even though they cannot tell me what the additional amount is for. PLEASE HELP.

I constantly check my credit report and noticed that the errors and false misleading information for this account didn't meet the credit reporting standards of being 100% correct. I have disputed the account multiple times and ,each time, I send a personal validation dispute letter via certified mail requesting validation of debt with proven documentation UNDER 15 U.S. Code 1681 e(b) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i(5). Last disputed was done and sent 12/05/22. Results was returned verified on 12/06/22. Results are being returned verified within 24 hours of receiving dispute each time without any ORIGINAL proven documentation provided. Reinvestigation was requested UNDER 15 U.S. Code 1681i(6) and response was verified via ********* *********** and ******* online portal within 24 hours again of receiving dispute and no original proven documentation provided via verified mailing address. Driver's license, Social security card, and proof of address documentation was submitted, as well. This has damaged me and held me back for some time. Also, this is being investigated per ***** as well. I'm requesting deletion of these items due to inaccuracy and violation of consumer laws listed above.

I'm November of 2017 I purchased a truck through Freedom Finance for 34k. I gave 11 grand down. A year later it was repossessed. Apart from the 11 grand down I paid 1100 a month for 12 months. After it was repo'd, the truck was auctioned. My credit report indicates I still own the initial 34k (doesn't reflect everything I paid toward the truck, neither the 11k down and all the payments I made on time) and I'm still being docked for late payments every single month on my credit report even though the truck is no longer in my possession, and it was auctioned off. I'm being docked everything like if I still have it.

I financed a truck through Freedom truck finance in September of 2019. Around July 2020, the truck was reported paid off on my credit. So were the trucks of two of my friends that I had referred to this financing program. We tried with no avail, to reach out to Freedom finance to try and understand this issue. Eight months later, someone resurfaced asking us to pay the past due truck notes with late fees or else the trucks would be repossessed. We had earlier reached out to the dealer that sold us these trucks to ask why we couldn't get hold of anyone at freedom and we were told that the company had filled either a chapter 11 or simply received a business loss bailout from government and therefore had to shut down to qualify for the government funds. But after that, freedom came back behind government's back to collect the money that they had reported lost due to Covid 19 effects on their client's businesses. Long story short, Freedom reposed our trucks and put the remainder of the money owed on the loans on our personal credit as defaulted. Freedom does not have a physical address. Their employees are hired online and they have never physically met with the people they work for- confessed one of their employees to me over the phone. This company is a bunch fraudsters messing people's lives up. But this will be the end of that. We have been investigating them over the last one year and have gathered all the necessary evidence we needed. Someone at freedom is going to jail.
