            ************** I purchased my vehicle from ************* ******* and got the introductory of 90 days no payment. However I spoke with someone in Corporate to change my due date and they mistakenly backdated my due date and it in return shifted all of my payments to look as if they are late severely damaging my credit. instead of correcttly placing the due date for the month going forward she changed it to the month prior. Also i have asked all payments be applied to my principal balance however over $200 of my $438.09 payments are being applied to interest and when asking the reps they say they cant even look at whats being applied to interest or principal. like what is going on here yall have messed up my account! and lets not forget to mention i brought in a certificate to buy this exact car at $17k but somehow my balance said the car was priced at $24k who and when did they raise this car purchase amount. I am requesting correction of credit report, payments applied to my principal balance, Purchase shifted back to where they were ( REFLECTING CURRENT) and possible car adjustment price to match my certificate purchase price.

            The customer service has been irresponsible and shoddy. There is no sense of responsibility or accountability to the customer. Promises are made, not adhered to, and then no communication to inform the customer with complete disregard as to the serious negative impact on the customer. I've been communicating with them for months regarding receiving a duplicate title after paying off my leased car. I've spent hours on the phone with their representatives, received incorrect information in several instances - and - worse yet - have been told the situation would be resolved - only to find out weeks later that the case had been closed. And this was only because I took the initiative to check on the situation. Hyundai never reached out to inform me that the agreed-upon process was not being acted upon. I have lost time from work because of this - and now am in danger of having my registration lapse because of all the time wasted and false promises made. Shame on Hyundai. Have some accountability and consideration for your customers - and take responsibility for communicating with them. Highly recommend avoiding this company.
