On 3/20/24 I spoke with a man named ****** at the business to set up transport of a 2011 Harley ******** from ********** to ********. The man told me that the bike would be crated and that it would be completely taken care of and not to worry. I paid a deposit of $250 on that date and was quoted $1000 for the transport. Pickup was scheduled for 4/15-4/17/24. No one showed up or contacted me so I called and spoke to ****** again on 4/18/24. I was told that the new total would be $1900, $900 more than I was originally quoted. I refused to pay the new total. At this point Im worried that my bike wont be transported by my scheduled move date of 4/24/24. After back and forth with ****** (who doesnt like rough women, by the way ******), I finally agreed to pay $1450. The driver showed up on 4/19 at 9 PM to pick up my bike. The bike arrived in ******** on 4/21/24. The bike was completely covered in dust and was never crated so that was a lie. The gas tank was scratched down to the metal. I attempted to contact ****** several times about the damage to the bike. The bike was in pristine condition before it was loaded up in **********. I have photos.

On April 15 - we contacted the business to schedule a car transportation from ******** to ********. The guy we spoke to was named *********************** and said he could do it for $900. He specifically said that this was the price he would do and it would only change due to catastrophic weather events. The pickup was scheduled for April 21. He said we had to pay ***** immediately of $200 to reserve the spot. After we were charged we did not here from him until day it was scheduled saying that we were outbid and the only way we could do it is if we were to pay $2500 and he would not give us the deposit back. After going back and fourth he got very rude with us. Looking online we found this is very common of him to do and he does the bait and switch. I want to make sure there is record of this and that he does not do it to anyone else.

We entered into a verbal agreement via phone to the broker US car transport and matched our current quotes for $800 to ship our car from ******* to ******* *******. We received a call 24hrs before the move with a new invoice for $1350.When I asked to speak to a manager he was too busy and said he had to go and that was the price. I explained from the beginning that this is a 73 year old that is moving because her mother at 100 just passed away, the family is going through hardship and this is unethical and unfair to raise this price 24hrs before transport.

We fell victim to a scam that left us in a bind. ****** initially offered an enticingly low rate of $725 on AUG 15 2023 for full-service transportation of our electric vehicle from Colorado to ********. However, on pickup day, SEP 29, 2023, *****, the dispatch manager, called and suddenly raised the price to $1500, blaming a questionable "weight issue" - despite knowing our car was electric all along. They were provided the make, year, and model over a month prior to pick up. Their excuse seemed dubious, as they waited until pickup to mention it. We had no choice due to our flight schedule and managed to negotiate it down to $1100 total, still far above our budget.Oddly, when the pickup drivers arrived, they were transporting only two other cars, debunking the weight problem claim. Yet, they added an extra $200, leaving us with a bill of $1300, significantly higher than competitors' quotes ranging from $900 to $1100. With our lawyer on the phone, we got this $200 delivery increase down to a $100 increase. The only agreed upon estimate was the estimate submitted on Aug 15th. They refused to respond via email to avoid a paper trail, hence why we dialed in our lawyer for proof. Not only was this a huge financial burden, we were emotionally abused by the management. **** yelled at my husband saying that theyre putting our car in storage and nearly hung up. Our lawyer was on the phone the entire time. They yelled and screamed at us saying I know youre not that poor and it wont make a dent in your pocket. They found an opportunity to take advantage of someone in a tough situation and ran with it. ******, who initially promised to be available "anytime," stopped responding to calls and texts after receiving our deposit. They were referred by the moving company we booked, ************************ LLC, who stole money from our bank account and never did the service.

I was quoted a price for an automobile transport of $750.00. The deposit was $200.00. I was using Allegiance Moving - Which contracted out this company US Auto Transport. I was informed that upon delivery I would have to pay the remaining balance which will be $550.00. When they delivered my vehicle he sent a ***** requesting $600.00. I informed the driver this was not what was quoted to me. He stated I needed to contact dispatch. When I contacted dispatch at **************, he said well the driver added the $50.00. You should be happy. The price could have been much more. I don't know what you are complaining about. Cough it up as a tip. I tried to explain that is not what was quoted. He said, well fine, I will tell the driver to leave with your car. I paid the $600.00 because I was not there and I did not want my niece to have to deal with the foolishness. I contact dispatch again, and the main was rude, so I CURSED HIM OUT. He then called back and said I don't know why you are made and how dare you call and curse at me, I said because you were initially rude, threaten to not deliver my car, and you are conducting bad business. I said, I have no problem to discuss this with you. He then said, I am not a hoodlum or a monkey, once he said that I cursed his racist tailself out again. You want me to be respectful of you, but you lied, conducting poor business. He also said, well I did send you an updated quote. He sure did, while we were on the phone when I was complaining. Not prior. After we both started to speak in civil manner he still made condescending remarks, he said we normally send out updates on prices and then he admitted that his company failed to do so. He then said, what is $50.00. You should be happy it could have been way more. Be happy you received your car. I said, well if it is just $50.00 give me my money $50.00 back. The call then ended.

****** scheduled my car transfer 2 months in advance on 4/24 from ****** to ********. I received the attached quote of $1400 and put down a $400 deposit. The day before my car pick up he stated that the cost would be $1800 and the deposit didnt apply to the bill but was for gas and insurance. This was never told to me previously. On the day of transport ****** charged my card $500 without permission. Then my car was picked up one day late on 4/25 while I was on my way to the airport with my toddler. I had to leave my key with a friend for pick up that evening. My car was delivered on 4/29 and I had to pay $900 additional to get possession of my car. I paid through Venmo in protest and against my will. I want the return of $700 and the original quote to be honored.

I am reporting U.S. Auto Shipping San Jose (specific office branch in Dallas, TX) for failure to deliver service provided within the time agreed to do so and for refusing to refund the deposit that was paid. I was put in touch with a Nathan Schine (his phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and his work email used to communicate is [email protected]) who agreed to ship my car from Russellville, Arkansas to Memomonie, Wisconsin, since I was relocating to my new job. I paid my deposit of $572.03 on May 11, 2022. The receipt number is 1240. We agreed to pickup dates between June 27th-June 28th, 2022. When I called a few days before pickup, they didn't even have a job number for me. I called consistently for the next few days and each employee played the blame game on each other and no one took accountability. No one ever came to pick up my car. Nathan texted me on June 29th as I was leaving Arkansas saying he "miraculously" found a driver as if I should've been grateful even though it was AFTER the dates agreed upon. The company is suppose to get your vehicle to its destination within a 48-hour window. He tried to bend the rules to where the 48-hour window can be applied as a grace period AFTER the specified pickup dates have passed absolutely unacceptable. That defeats the purpose of *specified pickup dates.* I was appalled that he insulted my intelligence in such a poor manner. I called to speak with their branch manager and was told repeatedly I'd be given a call back. It's now been an entire month, so I felt compelled to file my complaint here. The original estimate emailed to me specifically had dates of June 27-28th, but Nathan or someone from the company went in to edit the date to say the 29thit was done on something similar to a google doc where any edit is updated in real time. In text messages between Nathan and I, the emphasized dates are 6/27-6/28 which Nathan stated also himself & never disputed, and that evidence plus my receipt is attached.
