THEY ARE A SCAM AND A COMPLETE FRAUD.Do not trust anything that they tell you on the phone, especially with regards to refunds after cancellation. Their representative very clearly told me that we can get a 100% refund if we cancel our booking 3 days before the date f shipping. I had to cancel my move due to some personal reason, so I informed their rep 10 days prior to the date of shipping about the same and even then he did say that the refund will take around 7-10 business days to get completed. However, after following up for more than 2 weeks, now I am threatened by their management that if I call them again, they will call the cops and what not. Now they are telling me that they have a no refund policy. I have their calls and all the follow *** recorded, but they mislead you on the phone with no intentions of fulfilling their commitments. They do exact opposite of what they commit.. Dont do business with themReview from Zil G

Warning: Do not trust US Auto Shipping with your vehicle or money. They will leave you feeling scammed and frustrated. My experience with US Auto Shipping was appalling. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company. They engaged in deceptive practices, displayed unprofessionalism, and caused me immense frustration.Initially, they provided a quote of $1100, the lowest among several I received for transporting my vehicle. We agreed on a pickup date of August 23rd, which was changed from the initial date of August 25th to accommodate my schedule. However, on August 23rd, when I called to confirm the pickup, they claimed they were "trying" to locate a driver but failed to communicate proactively or return my calls. The lack of professionalism was astounding. On August 24th, they promised to call me back within two hours after "trying" to contact a driver. After three hours of no communication, they informed me they couldn't arrange the pickup for that day and suddenly raised the quoted price to $1400, citing carrier demands. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. They breached our original agreement, made almost a month in advance, with no consideration for my time or the stress they caused. Their customer service representative responded with rudeness and threats when I expressed my dissatisfaction.I had to find another transport service due to their deception. Shockingly, next day I received calls from carriers claiming they were dispatched to pick up my vehicle, despite US Auto Shipping telling me they couldn't. This inconsistency and dishonesty are disgraceful.I have no trust that US Auto Shipping would have handled my vehicle with care, and I doubt they would have compensated me if it had been damaged during transit.US Auto Shipping lacks integrity, engages in deceptive practices, and offers terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble; avoid them and choose a reputable auto transport service.Review from Kathy D

They will give you a low quote to get your business... insinuating that the drivers have already accepted this rate. Then they will wait until the last possible moment to crank up the price.... $850 to $1550 for me. That's not a slight change, that's intentional scam tactics. When I called them to set it up I was still in a position to price shop. Now that I leave in under 24 hours I have no choice but to accept whatever new price they set because I'm out of options. They know and leverage that fact, which is extremely unethical. And to top it all off, I had to call them multiple times to get an ETA on the driver's arrival because they blew through the original window without contacting me. Avoid at all costs.Review from Sandra E

This company doesn't respect the agreements, the tell you yes to wherever you requested and give you the best price but they change it with not acceptable explanation , they sell the work to another person that can agree to move your car or bike, and they just don't care. I was told that my motorcycle it's going to cost 700 hundred to transport it, then they called me that they can't find nobody for this price, , so I agree , then when they finally find somebody they said was 900 , so they are not a respectful of the agreement and they don't careReview from Sheena M

This is the worst company to deal with! I booked two months in advance and no one communicated nothing to me. I had to follow up on the day my receipt stated they were suppose to pick up and they said oh uh looks like something went wrong and they said they would call to confirm but never did. They never showed up at all or called me to tell me anything and they took my deposit which nothing was ever completed. I had to cancel my flight and drive my vehicle. The worst person to speak to is Nathan S***** very rude and would not call you on the wrong only text message. He stole my money! Worst company to deal with.Review from Henry T

I wish I could come on here and tell you that I had a wonderful experience with U.S. Auto Shipping, but that would be a lie. This was so awful that I feel a moral obligation to tell you all to stay as far away from this company as possible. If I had to break it down, the problems came down to: (1) LACK OF COMMUNICATION, (2) DELAY, and (3) DISHONEST PRICE.
LACK OF COMMUNICATION: I set up the car pick-up over a month in advance. It was supposed to be picked up on a Monday, and I was supposed to receive a phone call a few days in advance. Mid-way through that Monday, I still had not heard anything, so I gave the company a call. The guy answered apathetically but, upon looking up my job number, he became slightly panicked and said, "Uh... looks like we might not have a driver yet..." Really? You're just realizing this half-way through the pick-up date? When was someone going to tell me about this? What would have happened if I didn't call? Would my car have just sat there forever?
Over the next week and a half, I had to call EVERY DAY to try to figure out what we were going to do about my car. Over SEVEN TIMES I was promised a call back later that day, but I heard NOTHING. So the car was not picked up, I had no idea when or if it was ever going to get picked up, and they weren't calling me back. This was disgraceful.
DELAY: Again, it took a week and a half to get the car picked up. The guy on the phone said it was because of tornadoes "I don't know if you've been following the news, but there have been tornadoes everywhere and they're closing all the roads!" Ok... I read the news every single day and never heard anything about tornadoes, then I did an extensive Google News search for anything containing the word "tornado." There was ONE tornado in Alabama (my car was being shipped from Massachusetts to California) a week and a half before the pickup date that news articles characterized as very minor. In other words, U.S. Auto Shipping lied. What really happened is that they dropped the ball and forgot about my car until I called them on the pickup date. I cannot tell you how huge of an inconvenience this was. I was moving cross country. I just sold my condo so I no longer had anywhere to park the car and I did not have a registered permit as required to park it on city streets. This was an absolute disaster.
DISHONEST PRICE: I only booked U.S. Auto Shipping because their price was the lowest ($1050). The real price ended up being over $1600. Yes, you read that right they forgot about my car, got it picked up a week and a half late, then had the nerve to charge me over 50% more than the price. I had no choice but to accept it because I needed the **** car and it was over a week late already.
Need I say more? SHAME ON YOU, U.S. Auto Shipping.
