  They advertise themself like school on phone take payment on front and after when he meet u ****** owner try to explain that its not season he gave fake certificate before I paid promise to give job in my area instead 20 hours he barely show me7 hours did not have real bar and drinks talk on phone long time while must give class after 3 days never meet and brought to my house certificate with with40 hours course which must be 20 hours and I got barely7 hard to tell he is not a school he is party event owner who cheat people with trying to educate in bartending but not doing his job and lying about that he has jobs after education need to be closed on website he need to refund money bc he did not teach me he took me to next door bar bartender made drinks he was drinking them while he try to explain me that he teaching me bbb need to look into this web and advertising its fraud if they are not school and to not have school license to teach for that certificate which made on computer with fake hours

  ****** came to us in January requesting bar training. The point of her training was to teach a person who has never been behind the bar, the ins and outs of bartending. We have done craft bar training for different companies over the years large and small. 
  
  
  The agreement was to train her for 20 hours over a weeks span. Training began January 8th-15th 6pm-10pm. With the last class being on the 15th but there was a ice storm in ****** the last day and roads weren't safe until the 17th. 
  
  
  During our class time I personally sat with her through her Texan *************************** certification along with her Texas Food Handlers certification as well. We also work on her bar training and testing. She learned how to properly shake and stir cocktails. We worked on how to build house syrups, juicing, inventory, flavor profiles for cocktails and mocktails. We took a small field trip to an actual craft bar and she got a chance to see what happens when a bar is in action.  
  
  
  After the the training was done, I personally reached out to ****** and let her know that she still needed to continue training at least once a week to polish up on her skills but I didn't get back from her.  
  
  
  4 weeks later I get an email from PayPal saying ****** wanted her money back, which I felt was odd because I hadn't heard from her in a month. PayPal sided with my company on the case and now she's reporting us to BBB and have a 1star ****** Review. It's starting to feel like harassment at this point.  
  
  
  In my opinion her biggest issue is that she couldn't gain employment close to her house, after training. Which is why I would in no way guarantee a trainee employment. I can't force any bar/ restaurant to hire someone else.

  I paid him on 6 of January this years by pay pal he already lying that I came to ohm I never  came to him I paid him bc he said he is school by Craftenders name and has students in class he lied every word  he said I need to pay before I will come I came on Monday said 6 pm bc business workers in building I got 1,5 talk to him he went in bar to the next door I was waiting him  about40 min after he showed me measurements on water no one bottle did not have label after he left to talk on phone come back tell me some drinks to write down and I went home the next day was the same running around building doing something I start to do my alcohol licencie thinking that I will get knowledge from this guy I ask where is students he said right now he does not have them he just real scammer he need to be closed on website and told he can not teach bartending bc he is not teacher he just make parties on Wednesday he took me in bar to drink looks like giving me lessons he drank all that cocktails I was shocked I ask how he is driving every time when I come he is not ready try to set up some stuff looks like bar its cantina for business people he need to return money bc he did not teach me he has no rights to teach me he has no license to teach bartending  and promise job in my area thats why I payed through pay pal but if bbb will not help me I will file in court for his scam and federal gaverment I will call labor department to federal government snd they will investigate his ability to take money for what he took from me and after this three days ideas bad weather after he went out of town and wrote on license ****** hours which must be only 20 and I got see him not much study around 7 hours waist of time he does not need to tell u that he wants to give me more lessons bc he is not teacher and have no license of teaching he scamming people on lline if he teach them that not education he took1128 $ just think what kind of money he scam me he deserve justice and I hope u are last people who will help me and will not put in future people on this scam from him . Better he will bring money back through pay pal after this talk thank u
